【正文】 二是工作雖然很努力，可是個人能力還有待提高 。這一學期，各位老師們立足崗位，團結協(xié)作，求真 求實，教書育人，順利而圓滿地完成了各項教育教學任務，并且不斷更新知識、提高自身素質，在這個基礎上，基本完成了遠程資源設備的管理與電教設備的管理登記工作。同時建立健全學校資源庫，及時刻盤，歸檔所有資源，為教師借閱、使用提供更好的服務。我們組更積極配合學校管理好網絡資源，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，解決問題，保障學校網絡的暢通無阻，開通電子備課室以供教師查閱資料，學習 。為了保障教學工作正常運作，我們組教師切實做到對電教設備的日常維護工作，能自己檢修的一定及時檢修，需要保修的也及時向學校反映，盡量做到各類電教設備的正常使用，不影響教學教學工作。而另外一部分學生呢 ?雖然多多少少接觸了電腦，但大部分都是在網吧接觸的，他們的思想觀念里面計算機就是用來玩的，至于學習豪沒有興趣。 研究生階段使我所獲頗豐，從學業(yè)、科研工作，到個人素質，都得到了充分的培養(yǎng)和鍛煉，是充實且有意義的三年。在這期間，查閱資料，綜合分析等基本素質不斷提高，書面表達的能力也得到了錘煉，尤其是獨立思考判斷和研究的能力，有了很大進步，這些對于未來的工作也都是大有裨益的。并涉獵了一部分其他課程，開闊視野，對本研究方向的應用背景以及整個學科的結構有了宏觀的認識。與此同時， 2021—— 2021 年期間，先后有許多兄弟學校的校長和教師來我校參觀考察，均對本課題的研究表現(xiàn)出濃厚興趣，并對取得的成績給以較高的評價，并對我校課題研究的理念的推廣起到了很大的作用。 ，它對農村中學語文教學中學生的智力，能力及非智力因素的培養(yǎng)提出了更高的要求，從而促使教育工作者在教學過程中真正將學生至于認識活動的主體地位，這將有效地改革有的不合理的課堂結構，它起到了較好的“以點帶面”的作用，有利于推動語文學科的教學改革。 （一）成果學術價值和社會效益 該課題符合《國務院關于進一步加強農村教育工作的決定》的精神，符合當前課改的熱點、難點問題，操作性強，對目前廣大農村教師在教學過程中感到困惑的，如何處理好新理念和舊教材、舊方法之間的矛盾問題，有 較強的針對性，能較好的實施校驗和科研的有機結合，具有較強的現(xiàn)實意義和應用價值。本課題研究是適應時代的需要、課程改革的需要，教學改革的需要、學生身心健康的需要，是農村中學語文課堂教學改革的必然，有著重大的研究意義和實踐價值。 在“以學定教，以教促學”這一核心理念的指導下，課堂中教師的教學行為有了明顯的改變，由此帶來的是：學生學習和生活的聯(lián)系得到了溝通，學習 的興趣得到了了提高，學生的差異得到了尊重，學生的空間得到了拓展，學習的潛能得到了開發(fā)，良性的學習習慣得到了培養(yǎng)。由于教師的教學觀念的改變與更新，加上學生的學習策略的改變，學生得到了全面的發(fā)展。隨著課題研究的深入實施，許多教師不僅在心目中有了自己的好課觀，更重要的是找到了課堂教學中的低效原因，明確了自身努力的方向。在宏觀上能夠用辯證的目光來看待傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代、封閉與開放、學科與課程、教與學等關系；在微觀上能夠恰當?shù)乩斫夂桶盐战虒W目標、教學結構、教學方法、教學策略、教學評價的內涵和要求。 推動了全校語文教師教育教學科研觀念的更新和課堂教學改革的步伐。 全校不少老師都申報了個人研究課題。如課題研究的過程，就是培訓鍛煉教師的過程；總結評估成果的過程，則是提高教師水平的過程。通過課題研究，許多教師對學科教學的價值觀和課堂教學的優(yōu)課觀有了新的定位，對自身教學中存在的問題有了清楚的認識，他們對教師的職業(yè)定位也正由于工作型教師向學習型、科研型教師發(fā)展。由于所學的是實踐性很強的電力電子專業(yè)，除了理論學習之外，我還懂得了運用學習方法同時注重獨立思考，提高自己分析問題、解決問題的能力在科研方面，通過加強文獻的閱讀，尤其是外文文獻的閱讀，使得自己對科技論文的閱讀和撰寫有了很大的提高。我的時間觀念也比較強，約好的時間總會提前到達。我熱愛祖國 ,熱愛人民 ,堅決擁護中國共產黨領導和社會主義制度 ,努力學習馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東思想和鄧小平理論，不斷提高自己的政治覺悟和思想素質，嚴格遵守國家憲法及其它各項法律規(guī)定。本人在導師的指導下，積極參與各項教學科研活動，在教學實踐的過程中，認真閱讀教材、查閱學術資料和參考書籍，在課堂上在快樂中吸收各個知識點。圍繞課題研究，進行了各類文獻資料的查找和系統(tǒng)的 閱讀，對該領域的研究方法和研究現(xiàn)狀都有了較深刻的理解，并從中提出了自己的研究方案。creativeawardone。listenwithanopenmindandimprovethework。Games,Ihavestrongfigure,condolencestopoorstudents,Ialwaysofferth,goodpartymembers,alwayshavetoplayanexemplaryrolefromtimetotime.
