【導(dǎo)讀】收到符合本合同有關(guān)條款的信用證后60天內(nèi)裝船。由美國(guó)主要港口至中國(guó)港口，允許轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。買(mǎi)方在年月日之前開(kāi)出以HirschPipe&Supply。信用證議付有效期為裝運(yùn)期后第21天止。A全套可議付的潔凈已裝船海運(yùn)提單一式三份。賣(mài)方保證所售出貨物符合本合同規(guī)定的質(zhì)量、規(guī)格等項(xiàng)要求。保質(zhì)期為貨到目的港之日起6年。的保質(zhì)期內(nèi)，因質(zhì)量問(wèn)題引起的任何損失，買(mǎi)方均有權(quán)向賣(mài)方提出索賠。賣(mài)方接受位于中國(guó)境內(nèi)的中國(guó)商檢局出具的證。但賣(mài)方必須在十四天內(nèi)通知買(mǎi)方并提交買(mǎi)方可接受的公證機(jī)構(gòu)出具的不可抗力事件的證明。如果不可抗力事件持續(xù)超過(guò)。四個(gè)星期，買(mǎi)方有權(quán)解除合同。
【正文】 決是終局的，對(duì)雙方均有約束力。 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to China Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its existing rules of arbitration.
