113 Any issue not covered or undefined herein shall be determined by Splemental Provisions mutually agreed on both Parties. The aforesaid appendices shall be used as the basis for acceptance of the Premises when the Premises are handed over by Party A to Party B and when Party B return the Premises to Party A on termination of the Contract. ARTICLE 3 LEASE TERM Party A will hand over the Premises to Party B on April 16, 2021 (as estimated), but the actual handover date shall be depended on the progress of Party A’s project construction and acceptance of the Premises.
