【正文】 補(bǔ)委員馬建堂、王作安、毛萬(wàn)春為中央委員會(huì)委員。全會(huì)審議并通過(guò)了中共中央紀(jì)律檢查委員會(huì)關(guān)于李東生、蔣潔敏、王永春、李春城、萬(wàn)慶良嚴(yán)重違紀(jì)問(wèn)題的審查報(bào)告，審議并通過(guò)了中共中央軍事委員會(huì)紀(jì)律檢查委員會(huì)關(guān)于楊金山嚴(yán)重違紀(jì)問(wèn)題的審查報(bào)告，確認(rèn)中央政治局之前作出的給予李東生、蔣潔敏、楊金山、王永春、李春城、萬(wàn)慶良開(kāi)除黨籍的處分。全會(huì)號(hào)召，全黨同志和全國(guó)各族人民緊密團(tuán)結(jié)在以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央周?chē)?，高舉中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義偉大旗幟，積極投身全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)偉大實(shí)踐，開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取，扎實(shí)工作，為建設(shè)法治中國(guó)而奮斗?。ㄍ辏┑谖迤菏藢盟闹腥珪?huì)公報(bào)英文版從十八屆四中全會(huì)公報(bào)英文版，學(xué)習(xí)中國(guó)特色政治英語(yǔ)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第十八屆中央委員會(huì)第四次全體會(huì)議，簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)十八屆四中全會(huì)，會(huì)議公報(bào)的英文新鮮出爐，讓我們一起學(xué)習(xí)一下高大上的中國(guó)特色政治英語(yǔ)吧！全會(huì)提出，全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)，總目標(biāo)是建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治體系，建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家。The general target is to form a system serving “the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics” and build a country under “the socialist rule of law”.全會(huì)強(qiáng)調(diào)，黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的本質(zhì)特征，是社會(huì)主義法治最根本的保證。China will ensure the leadership of CPC in “the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics”.全會(huì)明確了全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的重大任務(wù)，這就是：完善以憲法為核心的中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法律體系，加強(qiáng)憲法實(shí)施；深入推進(jìn)依法行政，加快建設(shè)法治政府；保證公正司法，提高司法公信力；增強(qiáng)全民法治觀念，推進(jìn)法治社會(huì)建設(shè)；加強(qiáng)法治工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)；加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)黨對(duì)全民推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。The major tasks are to improve a socialist system of laws with Chinese characteristics, in which the Constitution is taken as the core, to strengthen the implementation of the Constitution, to promote administration by law, to speed up building a lawabiding government, to safeguard judicial justice, to improve judicial credibility, to promote the public awareness of rule of law, to enhance the building of a lawbased society, to improve team building and to sharpen the CPC’s leadership in pushing forward rule of 。To realize the rule of law, the country should be ruled in line with the 。The system to ensure the implementation of the Constitution and to supervise the implementation should be 。The National People’s Congress and its Standing Committee should play a better role in supervising the Constitution’s 、權(quán)責(zé)法定、執(zhí)法嚴(yán)明、公開(kāi)公正、廉潔高效、守法誠(chéng)信的法治政府。China will work to build a lawabiding ，建立重大決策終身責(zé)任追究制度及責(zé)任倒查機(jī)制。A mechanism to examine the legitimacy of major decisionmaking in governments should be set up, with a lifelong liability accounting system for major decisions and a retrospective mechanism to hold people accountable for wrong 。China will promote transparency of government 、插手具體案件處理的記錄、通報(bào)和責(zé)任追究制度。A mechanism will be set up to record officials who interfere in judicial cases and name them publicly to hold them ，探索設(shè)立跨行政區(qū)劃的人民法院和人民檢察院，探索建立檢察機(jī)關(guān)提起公益訴訟制度。The Supreme People’s Court will set up circuit courts, and the country will explore establishing crossadministrative region courts and procuratorates, and seek to allow prosecutors to file public interest litigation The country will enhance the protection of human rights in judicial 、法學(xué)專(zhuān)家中招錄立法工作者、法官、檢察官制度。China will try to recruit lawmakers, judges and prosecutors from qualified lawyers and law 。The CPC will improve its internal rules and 、納入政績(jī)考核指標(biāo)體系。The effectiveness of implementing rule of law will be a significant index in judging the work of officials at various levels and will be added to their performance appraisal 、從嚴(yán)治軍。The People’s Liberation Army will promote the rule of law and enforce strict “一國(guó)兩制”實(shí)踐和推進(jìn)祖國(guó)統(tǒng)一。China will guarantee the practice of “one country, two systems” and promote national reunification in line with laws.
