Cur ently, democrat ic legal system , m anagement syst em and super vision m echanism is not per f ect , adm inist rat ive acts ar e not ver y standardized, Ent erpr ise behavior and m arket behavior , cor rupt ion pr esent s a diver se, plur alist ic, plex t rends, t his shif t the st ruggle bet ween t he t wo, wil ac pany2 第二章 工程概述 簡介 序號 內(nèi)容 說明 1 工程名稱 小豬班納 品牌 童裝生產(chǎn)基地 工程 2 工程地點 重慶市永川區(qū) 3 建設(shè)單位 重慶小豬班納投資 有限 責(zé)任公司 4 施工 單位 重慶圓周嘉年建筑工程有限公司 5 設(shè)計單位 筑博設(shè)計股份有限公司 6 監(jiān)理單位 重慶佳興建設(shè)監(jiān)理有限公司 本工程為現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土整體式框架 剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，主體地上十一層，地下一層。建筑物 總高度 ，建筑工程等級為一級，結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)防烈度為六度，建筑設(shè)計合理使用年限為 50 年。根據(jù)本工程基礎(chǔ)勘察報告結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實際試挖情況，基礎(chǔ)持力層（中風(fēng)化砂巖及泥巖）深底均在 10m~30m 左右，地下水位均在 6m 左右位置，現(xiàn)擬采用樁徑 Φ 1000～ 16000 圓形人工挖孔樁加鋼筋混凝土支護體系。 場內(nèi)揭露地層巖性主要為第四系全新統(tǒng)素填土（ Q4ml）、殘坡積層粉質(zhì)粘土（ Q4el+dl）及侏羅系中統(tǒng)沙溪廟組泥巖、砂巖（ J2S），基巖按風(fēng)化程度劃分為強風(fēng)化帶、中等風(fēng)化帶?，F(xiàn)自上至下分述如下： 素 填土：紫褐色，主要由砂泥巖碎石和粉質(zhì)粘土組成，土石比約 9:1～8:2，塊石徑 2～ 34mm，稍濕、稍密，由機械推填而成，填齡約 1年，分布于整個場地，分布厚度： 0～ (ZY90)。 粉質(zhì)粘土：褐黃色，主要由粘粒組成，可塑，韌性、干強度中等，無搖震反應(yīng)，稍有光澤，場地大部分均有分布，分布厚度： (ZY95)。 ：巖性為褐紅色泥巖、青灰色砂巖，巖石裂隙發(fā)育，質(zhì)軟，破碎，巖芯不完整，巖石結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)造被風(fēng)化破壞，巖芯多呈碎塊狀，厚度 (ZY100)— （ ZY60）。 ： 泥巖褐紅色，泥質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)，中～厚層狀構(gòu)造，粘土礦物為主，局部含砂質(zhì)團塊或條帶 ,巖體較完整，節(jié)長 556cm。 人工挖孔樁專項施工方案 3 砂巖青灰色，細粒結(jié)構(gòu)，鈣泥質(zhì)膠結(jié)，質(zhì)硬，部分泥質(zhì)膠結(jié)，質(zhì)軟，中 厚層狀構(gòu)造，局部含泥質(zhì)團塊或條帶 ,巖體較完整，節(jié)長 549cm。 詳見 “勘探點數(shù)據(jù)一覽表”。 氣象、水文： 場地位于 永川鳳凰湖工業(yè)園區(qū) ，交通便利。勘察區(qū)屬亞熱帶季風(fēng)氣候區(qū)，溫暖濕潤，四季分明，年均氣溫 ℃－ ℃，極端氣溫－ ℃－ ℃，四季分明。年平均降雨量 ， 降雨主要集中于 59月，且常有雷陣暴雨。春冬多霧，霧日最長達 148 天。年平均相對濕度 80%，絕對濕度 。常年風(fēng)速較小，以偏西北風(fēng)見多，最大風(fēng)速為 (摘自重慶氣象簡報 )。 勘察區(qū)域外，場地南東側(cè)有一地表水體臨江河，由于臨江河地勢低于擬建物，故對擬建物無影響。臨江河水位為 ，最高洪水位 （ 50 年）。 地形、地貌： 勘察區(qū)現(xiàn)狀為回填開挖地形，地形坡角一般在 1176?！?5176。之間，局部呈陡坡。地面標高在 （ ZY90）～ （ ZY102）之間 ,相對高差約 17m 左右。 地質(zhì)構(gòu)造： 勘察區(qū)位于東山背斜北西翼，巖層呈單斜產(chǎn)出，層面平直光滑，無膠結(jié)，結(jié)合程度很差，屬軟弱結(jié)構(gòu)面，產(chǎn)狀 280176。 ∠ 50176。 ，巖層變化總體不大。在巖層中測得裂隙主要有兩條：⑴產(chǎn)狀為 110176?！?60176。 , 裂面較平直，多呈閉合狀，無充填物，結(jié)合程度很差，裂隙間距 ~，延伸長度 ~，屬軟弱結(jié)構(gòu)面；⑵產(chǎn)狀為 320176?！?60176。， 裂隙寬度： 1~3mm，裂隙面較平，粉質(zhì)粘土，結(jié)合很差，裂隙間距 ，延伸長度 ~，屬軟弱結(jié)構(gòu)面 。場地構(gòu) 造裂隙總體不發(fā)育。調(diào)查區(qū)內(nèi)及附近周邊未見構(gòu)造斷層通過 。 1） 根據(jù) 重慶二零五巖土工程勘察設(shè)計有限公司提供的《 小豬班納 品牌 童裝生產(chǎn)基
