The church was burntdown 150 years ago, and only the tower was left. However, the tower you see now is not that same tower. It was pletely rebuilt at the end of last century, but it has been rebuilt exactly like the old one and the bell is the same old bell that belonged to the church. The villagers say that the bell still rings every evening when the sun goes down. That’s why they call it the sunset bell. It can be heard for four kilometers around.
