【導(dǎo)讀】本廠產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識方法采用張貼、掛牌、區(qū)域劃分三種。發(fā)放物料時(shí)，只有標(biāo)識齊全、并且物品型號與《領(lǐng)料單》所示內(nèi)容一致時(shí)，方可發(fā)、領(lǐng)出倉。放置在專門劃定和標(biāo)示的不合格品區(qū)。采”印章之后，由倉務(wù)部將此類物料從原來的不合格區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移到合格品區(qū)。凡退貨物品，在其外裝上均須標(biāo)示“退貨品”字樣，并將其放置于退貨品區(qū)。對復(fù)檢合格的物品，用相應(yīng)的合格印章或合格標(biāo)簽對其進(jìn)行標(biāo)示。外包裝批次卡》保存到下工序確認(rèn)合格時(shí)，《馬達(dá)流程卡》隨產(chǎn)品流至客戶處。
