【正文】 id.現(xiàn)場審核結(jié)束后7天內(nèi)，甲方應(yīng)支付其余50%的注冊審核費，乙方確認(rèn)收到所有費用后方頒發(fā)認(rèn)證證書。After Onsite review, within 7 days Party A shall pay the remaining 50% of the registration assessment fee. Party A bear the travel fees generated by Party B’s audit (including transportation, acmodation and food during the work costs), according to the actual expenditure reimbursements 2. 由于現(xiàn)場審核未通過而導(dǎo)致的額外的現(xiàn)場跟蹤審核所產(chǎn)生的審核費和差旅費用另計由甲方承擔(dān)，審核費在乙方進入現(xiàn)場前一周一次性支付。 2. When onsite audit is not passed, causing the audits additional onsite track, travel expenses is assumed by Party A with another mitment. Audit fees are paid before Party B enter the site for one week onetime 3. 甲方未能按照合同約定的時間和數(shù)額支付給乙方認(rèn)證費用，應(yīng)按照本合同第四條第一款支付滯納金。3. If Party A cannot pay the certification fees in accordance with contract agreement to Party B, Party A shall pay the fine in accordance with the first item of Article IV of this contract.七、附則七、Supplementary1．《認(rèn)證認(rèn)可標(biāo)徽標(biāo)志及證書的使用規(guī)則》是本合同的附件，效力與本合同一致。1. Certification and Accreditation standard logo signs and the rules regarding use of the certificate is the annex to the contract, the same effect as this contract2．本合同一式貳份，甲、乙雙方各執(zhí)一份。2. Copies of this contract are two share, Party A and B hold one of copies3．本合同自雙方簽字/蓋章之日起生效。本合同生效后以往其它認(rèn)證合同/協(xié)議一律作廢。3. The contract is signed with both parties / stamped date.
