【正文】 eproduce without the red chop on. 十、承檢方作為具有獨(dú)立法人資格的第三方公正權(quán)威檢測機(jī)構(gòu)，所出具的檢測報(bào)告完全基于其第三方公正立場，不受其它方面的干預(yù)和影響。承檢方對檢測結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)，對涉及客戶的技術(shù)秘密、商業(yè)秘密等均承諾予以嚴(yán)格保密。The tester is the third party、impartial and authoritative test organization with the qualification of independent juridical person, issue test report entirely based on the third party impartial ground and shall not be interfered and affected by any party。The tester should be responsible for the test results and make serious confidential promise for the client’s technology information, merce information concerning the test.十一、因?yàn)?zāi)害、事故等人力所不可抗拒的情況而造成樣品損壞或遺失的，承檢方不對樣品的損壞、遺失及因此而造成的檢測結(jié)果偏離負(fù)責(zé)，并可根據(jù)需要變更或解除本檢測合同。In no circumstances whatsoever shall the tester be liable for any loss or damage of the sample、 the test report deviation caused by the disaster and accident such beyond the tester control. The tester may amend or cancel the test contract if necessary.十二、因樣品庫存量有限，特此聲明：承檢方義務(wù)保管檢測樣品的期限為自受理樣品之日起至檢測報(bào)告領(lǐng)取或發(fā)送之日后30天止。承檢方有義務(wù)按客戶委托或有權(quán)在檢測報(bào)告領(lǐng)取或發(fā)送后30天后，對檢畢樣品進(jìn)行自由處理。For the limit of the stock place, the tester make the claim as follows: The sample after tested should not be destroyed or disposed during the expiration of 30 days after the submit date of test report .However, the tester can deal with the tested samples after this deadline.十三、本合同一式兩份，承檢方和客戶各執(zhí)一份.The contract has the duplicate , the tester 、client shall retain their respective contract. 第 3 頁 共 3 頁
