【正文】 承檢方有義務(wù)按客戶委托或有權(quán)在檢測(cè)報(bào)告領(lǐng)取或發(fā)送后30天后，對(duì)檢畢樣品進(jìn)行自由處理。The tester should be responsible for the test results and make serious confidential promise for the client’s technology information, merce information concerning the test.十一、因?yàn)?zāi)害、事故等人力所不可抗拒的情況而造成樣品損壞或遺失的，承檢方不對(duì)樣品的損壞、遺失及因此而造成的檢測(cè)結(jié)果偏離負(fù)責(zé)，并可根據(jù)需要變更或解除本檢測(cè)合同。承檢方對(duì)檢測(cè)結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)，對(duì)涉及客戶的技術(shù)秘密、商業(yè)秘密等均承諾予以嚴(yán)格保密。對(duì)復(fù)印后未加蓋承檢方紅章的檢測(cè)報(bào)告，承檢方一律不予認(rèn)可。報(bào)告一經(jīng)發(fā)送，客戶要求追加檢測(cè)報(bào)告的，應(yīng)當(dāng)繳納追加報(bào)告費(fèi)用，由承檢方調(diào)取存檔報(bào)告復(fù)印后加蓋承檢方檢測(cè)專用紅章。對(duì)由上述行為而造成的一切后果承檢方均不負(fù)任何法律責(zé)任，并保留追究相關(guān)方責(zé)任的權(quán)利。若本合同遺失，可憑客戶介紹信及領(lǐng)取人的個(gè)人身份證原件（用于出示）及復(fù)印件（留存承檢方）領(lǐng)取檢測(cè)報(bào)告.The tester will submit test report as the client requested. The client shall present the duplicate (same) for the collection of test report if they tend to take the test report by themselves or others.
