In the end of the term, we pay you bonus base on the percentage of the goup.按本校教學目標，每班對孩子進行評估，在每一級別進行測試，如未能通過應留級再讀，每期末本校根據(jù)該老師班別學員的升級率發(fā)放獎金。假期a) If you fulfill one year, you will enjoy 3day paid holiday in the second year.工作滿一年的全職教師，在第二年的工作時間內(nèi)可享得3天的帶薪年假。10. Payment in Advance預支We can pay the fulltime teachers in advance if they have needs. If the amount above 1000RMB, please inform us in advance one day and get the principle’s signature. The amount shouldn’t go beyond your halfsalary of your working days.本校可在老師有需幫助情況下，全職老師可在未發(fā)工資前向本校預支工資。預支金額1000元以上須提前一天告之并由校長簽名，預支金額不超過總工作天數(shù)的50%的工資。11. Training 培訓Every new fulltime teacher must accept our organization’s training to bee a qualified teacher. The training program is arranged by the Organization. New teachers need to follow the training program in an attentive manner. No any excuses to refuse to be trained. For parttime teachers, appropriate training is also offered whenever necessary.新到的全職教師必須參加機構(gòu)制定的培訓計劃, 以便早日成為合格的教師。教師本人必須認真參加培訓。不得以各種理由拒絕培訓。兼職的新教師在必要時也將參與培訓。詳情見培訓文件。12. Communications 交流Teachers must, in a friendly and positive manner, make munications with TA and students parents about students whenever necessary before and/or after class. Whenever meeting students, their parents, TA or other staff, it is important for them to make greetings with friendly smile.教師必須以友善而積極的態(tài)度與TA和學生的家長, 就學生的學習情況進行必要而有效的交流。無論在何時何處，遇到學生和家長，TA或者同時時，教師應該友好地和他們打招呼，不要視而不見或表現(xiàn)出傲慢的態(tài)度。13. Dress Code 著裝Teachers must dress in professional manner. No fancy clothes or bizarre dress are allowed on in classes. 教師著裝必須符合職業(yè)教師的身份，不得穿過于奇異的衣服，不得佩戴過于奇異的飾品。 and regulations 法律與法規(guī)a) Every part time or full time teacher has to respect and follow all the Chinese laws, and work in China legally.每一位兼職或全職教師須遵守中國的法律，在中國合法工作。b) Every parttime or fulltime teacher has to observe our bylaw, the teaching discipline and management.每一位兼職或全職教師須遵守本校的規(guī)章制度，及本校的教學紀律和管理。
