So, most of them spent time in a lazy and relaxing way. However, thanks to the financial pressure, many students, now, tend to work harder to pete for the scholarship. A further reason why I support this is that the tuition fee enables colleges to improve their teaching qualities. There is good evidence to show that the hardware of colleges has been much efficiently improved during the last ten years, when students e to shoulder the cost with government.
