【正文】 a team. Each of them has its own advantages. The former one, that is， working individually, is a very way to develop one’s DIY ability. People make arrangement and solve problems by themselves, which will contribute to the forming of personality of independence. The latter shows exactly the immense power of cooperation. People discuss together and learn from each other. And any problems can be overe more effectively and efficiently. In terms of me, I prefer the latter one.
