iel etal[31]對選用血漿的濃度標準提出質疑, 推薦使用全血濃度來作為全身系統(tǒng)暴露于金屬離子水平的監(jiān)測。6 展望雖然骨水泥固定已被廣泛應用, 但仍有人對非骨水泥固定感興趣, 特別是那些希望返回高水平對抗性運動中去的患者?;厥占袤w分析表明骨水泥的滲透度是不同的, 這意味著獲得一個一致的骨水泥技術是困難的[19]。以往的運用非骨水泥固定股骨假體的金屬對聚乙烯表面置換術的經驗證實, 除了廣泛的磨屑誘導的骨溶解以外, 在患者和動物實驗中股骨假體都可以獲得良好的骨長入。Lilikakis etal[32] 報道了70 例使用展望近年來對髖關節(jié)表面置換的研究成果顯示其在今后的發(fā)展是值得期待, 當然這項技術還未達到完全成熟的階段,仍有許多需要解決的問題。首先, 目前所能看到的都還只是短期的實驗結果, 甚至最短的僅為一年, 在缺乏長期臨床驗證支持的情況下, 還不能下任何定論。同時, 其他的相關研究也有待加強, 仍缺乏有關髖關節(jié)表面置換術后并發(fā)征如深靜脈血栓, 股骨頸骨折等的報道[33]。但隨著技術的進步, 我們一定能看到髖關節(jié)表面置換技術得到更廣泛的應用。參考文獻1 Freeman MA, Bradley GW.
