【正文】 賓、各位代表，這次研討會是一次國內(nèi)外國際法學(xué)者交流和討論的盛會。我相信，這次會議一定能夠取得豐碩的成果，達(dá)到預(yù)期的目的。最后，祝大會圓滿成功并祝大家身體健康！謝謝大家！Ladies and Gentlemen, Friends:The Academic Meeting on Globalization and International Legal Issues, and International Labor Standards and Workers’ Rights, and Business and Human Rights opens in Wuhan University. As the experts on international law home and abroad gather here, I would like to extend my warmest wele to all the participants to this meeting.Along with the more frequent international contacts, further development of economic globalization and information technology, and the enhancement of the cooperation and association between countries in this new century, some matters of mon concern of the international society, such as globalization and international terrorism, China’s entry into WTO and legal globalization and legal protection on the international investment, have put new requirements and challenges before international law. We scholars of international law have to consider how to confront them. And in the field of human right, since it bees the world trend to respect and protect the human rights, it is an important mission for the science of international law to clarify the concerning issues. Though scholars of different countries have already set off their researches into such issues and got some achievements, more thorough studies are still required. Therefore, the current meeting in my view has profound significance of both the theory and practice, I believe a joint inquiry by the experts and scholars during this meeting will help move forward the development of international law.Ladies and Gentlemen, friends, this meeting is to provide all the participants a chance to interchange and discuss their views on the issues of international law.
