It briefly analyzes the principle and classification of optical detection technology, discusses the advantages and limitations of various optical detection technologies. It introduces the selection of optical detector and the influence of temperature on it, then deeply discusses the optical detection temperature adaptation technology in fire extinguishing and explosion suppression systems on certain military vehicle, a software pensation method is used to make up for the burnin of infrared 1 ms fire threshold, infrared 1 s integrated fire threshold and infrared photosensitive tube, and it is verified repeatedly by high and low temperature test. The experimental results show that the performance of false alarm fully meets the military standard requirements of the optical detector while the temperature is changing from 40 ℃ to 55 ℃. Key words: optical detection。 ultraviolet。 infrared。 temperature**********************************************************************************基于ARM的磨光拉絲機數(shù)控系統(tǒng)周永洪(廣州數(shù)控設(shè)備有限公司系統(tǒng)研發(fā)一室,廣州 510530)摘要:為了克服液壓拉絲機的弊端,設(shè)計一種基于ARM的嵌入式數(shù)控系統(tǒng)。在介紹磨光拉絲機數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的工作原理與組成結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用數(shù)字光柵千分表對磨輥的進行數(shù)據(jù)測量并補償,對送給伺服電機的進給脈沖頻率進行加減速控制。重點介紹了插補與位置控制的數(shù)據(jù)流程與實現(xiàn)方法,根據(jù)提供的直線信息進行直線插補,將插補出的數(shù)據(jù)存入位控緩沖區(qū)節(jié)點中,并將此節(jié)點寫入位控緩沖區(qū)。插補模塊的處理過程滿足位控條件,位控模塊可以連續(xù)地輸出控制信息,位控數(shù)據(jù)送入FPGA,產(chǎn)生脈沖序列,實現(xiàn)對伺服電機的位置控制。實踐生產(chǎn)證明:該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案運行狀態(tài)良好,使數(shù)控系統(tǒng)滿足磨光拉絲的高速度和高精度的加工要求。關(guān)鍵詞:ARM;FPGA;數(shù)控系統(tǒng);插補;位控緩沖區(qū);磨光;拉絲CNC System of Grinding and Carving Machine Based on ARMZhou Yonghong(No. Chamber of System Research amp。 Development, Guangzhou CNC Equipment Co., Ltd., Guangzhou 510530, China)Abstract: A kind of embedded CNC system based on ARM is designed to resolve the problems of the current hydraulic pressure grinding and carving machine. Based on introducing the structure and elements for grinding and carving machine of CNC system, the roller is measured data by digital raster micrometer and pensated. The feed pulse that is controlled by accelerating and decelerating is sent to servomotor. The interpolation and position controlled technique of data stream is introduced importantly. When the beeline interpolation based on the provided beeline information, the CNC system get the interpolation data and save it to a node of position controlled buffer, then write it in the position control buffer. The interpolation with disposed process is satisfied with the position controlled of condition. The positioncontrolled module can export the controlled information. The positioncontrolled data is sent to FPGA, make the feed pulse stream, realize the position controlled of servomotor. By the practiced production, the CNC system is running well and can be used for the grinding and carving machine which can be fit to the high speed and high precision cutting condition.
