With the implement of projection “Tsinghua Information and Computer Infrastructure (TICI)”, the information serving system has been built at Tsinghua University based on puter technology, network tools and information technology. Now Tsinghua University Office Automation (THOA) is playing a key role in the process of information building. In this paper the methods of designing and realizing of THOA, based on Lotus Domino/Notes developmentflat ,will been introduced with the application in Tsinghua University.
