【正文】 義且可重復(fù)使用,并且可集  中進行更改  動態(tài)面板  可組態(tài)智能工具,如:圖形導(dǎo)航和圖形化運動對象,  可方便地組態(tài)大批量數(shù)據(jù)(如,變量編輯器)等  利用用戶 ID 和密碼實現(xiàn)訪問保護  配方管理  報表系統(tǒng)  為全球推廣提供語言支持:  在一個項目中管理 32 種語言  支持多語言文本和自動翻譯的文本庫  文本的導(dǎo)入/導(dǎo)出過程十分簡單,從而便于翻譯  個性化擴展選件:  Sm@rt客戶端/服務(wù)器概念  通過 Internet 進行服務(wù)與診斷  OPC 服務(wù)器通訊過程診斷記錄和跟蹤操作員動作和組態(tài) 通訊連接上位機與PLC通過MPI連接,給每臺PLC站點賦予不同的地址。 系統(tǒng)通訊示意圖 人機界面根據(jù)設(shè)計要求,界面得設(shè)計實時監(jiān)控面板、控制畫面、報警畫面,要求界面形象、生動、美觀。每個大棚設(shè)置一個手動按鈕和一個自動按鈕,按下手動按鈕時手動操作同時跳到相應(yīng)大棚手動控制畫面,按下自動按鈕后自動操作跳到自動操作畫面。 控制選擇畫面跳到手動畫面時為手動操作,按下按鈕執(zhí)行相應(yīng)操作。 手動控制畫面跳到實時監(jiān)控時為自動控制,溫度濕度值為下位檢測到的數(shù)據(jù),溫濕度上下限可在上位修改。 自動監(jiān)控畫面結(jié) 論整個設(shè)計報告思路,首先講述了溫室大棚的一般概況及工作原理;其次講述了溫室大棚自動控制的工作原理及硬件系統(tǒng)和組成;第三論述溫室大棚的系統(tǒng)硬件的設(shè)計與研究,及其硬件各系統(tǒng)的作用;第四講述軟件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案;最后總結(jié)在設(shè)計中得到的寶貴經(jīng)驗及發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題。溫室大棚自動控制系統(tǒng)是近年來逐步發(fā)展起來的一種資源節(jié)約型高效農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展技術(shù),它是在普通日光溫室的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代化計算機自控技術(shù)、智能傳感技術(shù)等高科技手段發(fā)展起來的。溫室控制主要是根據(jù)外界環(huán)境的溫度、濕度等氣候因素,來控制溫室內(nèi)的溫度、濕度,創(chuàng)造出適合作物生長的最佳環(huán)境。在這種控制中,溫度、濕度等被控量之間存在著強烈的相互關(guān)系,某個被控量的改變,會影響到其他被控量的變化。所以對這些參數(shù)的控制是至關(guān)重要的。本控制系統(tǒng)由西門子S7300 PLC,溫度檢測電路,濕度檢測電路、控制系統(tǒng)組成?,F(xiàn)場控制柜由手動操作,遠程控制分為手動控制和自動操作,溫度檢測電路將檢測到的溫度轉(zhuǎn)換成電壓信號,PLC通過比較輸入溫度與設(shè)定溫度來控制卷簾系統(tǒng)電路,當棚內(nèi)溫度在設(shè)定范圍內(nèi)時,PLC不對卷簾設(shè)備發(fā)出動作。下位程序通過step7編程實現(xiàn)。上位用wincc flexible。通過不斷調(diào)試,最終達到上下位連調(diào)。溫室環(huán)境控制的目的是把各被控變量(溫室大棚環(huán)境因子),如溫度、濕度等,維持在作物生長發(fā)育要求的范圍內(nèi)。該設(shè)計還具有對溫室大棚內(nèi)環(huán)境溫度、濕度的預(yù)設(shè)功能。溫室環(huán)境控制系統(tǒng)正在不斷吸收相關(guān)領(lǐng)域新的理論和方法,結(jié)合溫室作物種植的特點,不斷創(chuàng)新,逐步完善。我相信在不斷的發(fā)現(xiàn)在問題、解決問題中中國的溫室產(chǎn)業(yè)將走上更加輝煌的道路。致謝行文至此,我的這篇論文已接近尾聲;歲月如梭,我四年的大學時光也即將敲響結(jié)束的鐘聲。離別在即,站在人生的又一個轉(zhuǎn)折點上,心中難免思緒萬千,一種感恩之情油然而生。生我者父母。感謝生我養(yǎng)我,含辛茹苦的父母。是你們,為我的學習創(chuàng)造了條件;是你們,一如既往的站在我的身后默默的支持著我。沒有你們就不會有我的今天。謝謝你們,我的父親母親!在這四年中,老師的諄諄教導(dǎo)、同學的互幫互助使我在專業(yè)技術(shù)和為人處事方面都得到了很大的提高。感謝蘭州理工大學在我四年的大學生活當中對我的教育與培養(yǎng),感謝蘭州理工大學電信學院的所有專業(yè)老師,沒有你們的辛勤勞動,就沒有我們今日的滿載而歸,感謝大學四年曾經(jīng)幫助過我的所有同學。在制作畢業(yè)設(shè)計過程中我曾經(jīng)向老師們和同學們請教過不少的問題,老師們的熱情解答和同學們的熱心幫助才使我的畢業(yè)設(shè)計能較為順利的完成。在此我向你們表示最衷心的感謝。參考文獻[1][J].農(nóng)業(yè)裝備技術(shù),2004,30(6):79.[2][J].傳感器世界,2002,8(2):811.[3]王風云,尚明華,[J].山東農(nóng)業(yè)科學,2005(5):6365.[4] [M].北京:機械工業(yè)出版社[M].2009[5] Programming with STEP 7 [M].
