Internal Calling Level by Extension：Controlling at this level is to control on the internal calling scope of extension and the programming entitlement of extension. Batch Level on External Calling：click on the button of External calling level, following interface would appear。 with the interface followed, users are able to realize following actions, including the uploading of External levels of all extension numbers from the PBX, sending the External calling level of extension to the PBX, and continuous setting on the External calling level. As for continuous setting, it should be started from the port number in the extension index 1, then to input the grade of on work and off work, the initial extension number and continuous times. Click on the Yes Button to ensure the setting and the setting results could be referred in the forms of extension index 1. Batch Level on Internal Calling：the setting interface, setting mode and function realized is similar with that of External calling level. Extension Index 2: Extension Recalling Mode：if the extension switched is stay unanswered after being held, such kind of calling will be dealt with as extension recalling mode。 and the system will have 3 modes to deal with the status of this kind, including: Hang up： once being overtime, hang up directly。Recall by original Caller：once being overtime, call back to the original caller, if the caller is engaged, the calling will be held。 the length and times of the recalling could be set in the system。 as the recalling times are as much as the system configuration, the telephone will be hanged up. Configured Recalling：once being overtime, call back to the extension configured by the system。 if the extension is engaged, the calling will be held。 the length of the recalling time could be set in the system and the recalling times could be configured as demanded by the users。 as the recalling times are as much as the system configuration, the telephone will be hanged up.
