【正文】 第一點(diǎn)是需求對(duì)市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的重要作用，在新市場(chǎng)和新需求面前，人們通過(guò)認(rèn)知表現(xiàn)出積極型，摩擦型，遲鈍型和鎖定型四種反映狀態(tài)，這四種反映態(tài)度決定了人們?cè)谛率袌?chǎng)和新需求面前能否創(chuàng)新，能否抓住新型的市場(chǎng)；其中積極型是類創(chuàng)造發(fā)生的背景，而后三種態(tài)度則預(yù)示著產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)已有公司將逐漸喪失技術(shù)領(lǐng)先地位和市場(chǎng)的份額。第二點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)了計(jì)算機(jī)公司在進(jìn)行類創(chuàng)造時(shí)所采用的兩種多元化策略：一是通過(guò)建立新公司來(lái)進(jìn)行類創(chuàng)造，掌握運(yùn)用新技術(shù)：第二種是通過(guò)建立新公司，看一看是否能直接進(jìn)入新技術(shù)開(kāi)導(dǎo)的新市場(chǎng)并開(kāi)始創(chuàng)新。這兩種策略與人們對(duì)自身能力與環(huán)境條件的認(rèn)知分不開(kāi)。根據(jù)計(jì)算機(jī)行業(yè)發(fā)展歷史，第二種方法要困難得多。第三點(diǎn)說(shuō)明進(jìn)入產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要意義。這一點(diǎn)不論是對(duì)新公司還是老公司都具有挑戰(zhàn)性。在這里風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資本市場(chǎng)起著重要作用，也就是說(shuō)，如果沒(méi)有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資本和企業(yè)家精神，類創(chuàng)造是不可能發(fā)生的。綜上所述，類創(chuàng)造是創(chuàng)新的核心力，是為滿足市場(chǎng)需求的新技術(shù)產(chǎn)生和新公司誕生的最重要源泉。同時(shí)人們的認(rèn)知結(jié)果產(chǎn)生了在新市場(chǎng)，新機(jī)遇面前的態(tài)度；外部環(huán)境的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資本市場(chǎng)的存在；以及企業(yè)家精神也是必不可少的要素。計(jì)算機(jī)公司只有將類創(chuàng)造和這些要素相結(jié)合，才能抓住新技術(shù)，打開(kāi)新市場(chǎng)，在產(chǎn)業(yè)中占有優(yōu)勢(shì)地位，成為產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。參考文獻(xiàn) “history – friendly models of industry evolution”Columbia University Press, New York 2000.,“Technological petition and the Structure of the Computer Industry”Journal of Industrial Economics() “Creating External Capabilities: Innovation and Vertical Disintegration in the Microputer Industry”Business and Economic History ,劉明杰，余建年等《管理心理學(xué)》，西安工業(yè)大學(xué)出版社，1999年 《國(guó)家創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)研究綱要》科學(xué)學(xué)部研究雜志，1999，3期，. 希爾加德等《學(xué)習(xí)論》邵瑞珍等譯，上海教育出版社 1985年Cognition and InnovationThe Analysis Based OnEvolution of the Computer IndustryYu JiannianWuhan University Business School, Wuhan 430072,ChinaAbstract: the innovation is the foundation of the human beings’ development, reflects the process of the new technologies transit into the merce goods and services.
