The GDSS can be divided into three parts: model base, database, and user’s interface. The model base can be built by models in multiattribute decision making (MADM) and group decision making (GDM), such as AHP, TOPSIS, measure indices of consensus, Borda function, with spread sheet. The database is set up on SQL Server to provide sufficient decision information. And the process and munication are supported by Active Server Page (ASP).
