[y(es)/n(o)]:yHuaiRou重啟之后通過(guò)show sw查詢各個(gè)板卡的版本是否為目標(biāo)版本HuaiRoushow sw 遠(yuǎn)程升級(jí)交換機(jī)筆記本或者PC機(jī)通過(guò)網(wǎng)線連接到近端8660設(shè)備，本機(jī)的ip地址和8660網(wǎng)口在同一網(wǎng)段。網(wǎng)關(guān)為近端8660設(shè)備網(wǎng)口ip地址，如下圖通過(guò)近端的8660設(shè)備telnet到遠(yuǎn)端的8660設(shè)備添加路由HuaiRouenHuaiRouHuaiRouconf tHuaiRou(config)ip route ()確保本地pc機(jī)能夠ping通遠(yuǎn)端設(shè)備ping （此ip地址為通過(guò)近端8660設(shè)備telnet到遠(yuǎn)端8660設(shè)備的ip地址，非遠(yuǎn)端8660設(shè)備網(wǎng)口ip地址），－注意：:\Documents and Settings\yli4ftp （此ip地址為通過(guò)近端8660設(shè)備telnet到遠(yuǎn)端8660設(shè)備的ip地址，非遠(yuǎn)端8660設(shè)備網(wǎng)口ip地址）4 該案例的問(wèn)題發(fā)生后的具體故障現(xiàn)象無(wú)5 該案例的問(wèn)題具體分析和定位過(guò)程無(wú)6 經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn) 線卡丟失使用show hw命令發(fā)現(xiàn)個(gè)別線卡丟失的情況下，使用show debugging sw dptd backplanelinkstatus slot 14查看業(yè)務(wù)板卡和背板之間連接狀況，如果線卡和背板連接狀態(tài)為failed，請(qǐng)插緊線卡，用螺絲刀將線卡固定，直到連接狀態(tài)為ok，如果連接狀態(tài)為ok，查看show hw仍然顯示線卡丟失，需要聯(lián)系tellabs技術(shù)支持。 如果NodeB和RNC之間的鏈路不通 首先檢查該站點(diǎn)的配置是否完整，確保RNC側(cè)和NodeB側(cè)的PVC配置一致。 檢查IMA狀態(tài)是否ok，以及IMA中E1狀態(tài)，確定物理鏈路暢通。 檢查IMA中該站點(diǎn)的VC上是否有收發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)，如果RX方向有數(shù)據(jù)有增加，TX方向數(shù)據(jù)沒(méi)有增加，表明NodeB方向有發(fā)建鏈請(qǐng)求，可能是交換機(jī)或者RNC配置有問(wèn)題，如果RX方向沒(méi)有數(shù)據(jù)增加，表明NodeB沒(méi)有發(fā)建鏈請(qǐng)求，請(qǐng)終端檢查NodeB側(cè)。 檢查光口側(cè)該站點(diǎn)VC上是否有收發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)。如果RX方向有數(shù)據(jù)有增加，TX方向數(shù)據(jù)有增加，表明RNC響應(yīng)了NodeB發(fā)送的建鏈請(qǐng)求，如果IMA側(cè)TX方向沒(méi)有數(shù)據(jù)增加，應(yīng)該是交換機(jī)配置有問(wèn)題，沒(méi)有轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)RNC側(cè)的數(shù)據(jù)，如果光口側(cè)TX方向沒(méi)有數(shù)據(jù)增加，而IMA側(cè)RX有數(shù)據(jù)增加，也應(yīng)該是交換機(jī)配置有問(wèn)題，沒(méi)有轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)NodeB側(cè)上來(lái)的數(shù)據(jù)。 主控卡啟動(dòng)不成功襄樊三期開(kāi)局泰勒交換機(jī)啟動(dòng)不了，是其中1槽位的主控卡壞了，14槽位主控卡ok，將1槽位的主控卡拔出，啟動(dòng)成功。 輸入命令反應(yīng)很慢2009年4月黃岡三期開(kāi)局，泰勒交換機(jī)輸入命令后反應(yīng)很慢，例如，show hw，show sw等，有時(shí)一個(gè)命令要10分鐘后才有回應(yīng)。發(fā)現(xiàn)主控板卡和各個(gè)板卡的版本不一致，升級(jí)操作也無(wú)法成功，提示：Software /flash/applsw/slot14/ cannot be activated, unexpected error.。解決方法：泰勒有兩塊CDC板卡，但是只有一根電源線，1槽位的板卡沒(méi)有接電源線，將1槽位的板卡拔出后，問(wèn)題得到解決，所以只有一根電源線時(shí)只能在14槽位插一個(gè)板卡。 Show hw 顯示槽位為unit in slot 8 is of WRONG TYPE but part of inventory例如：unit in slot 8 is of WRONG TYPE but part of inventory the expected unit type is lba2024IFC1A(2024) .* expected and active SW is: unit 8 of width 1 has serial number 40210019303, CLEI code IPUCAGJJAA manufacturing date 2007327, 8:16:, +2:00 HW type lba2225IFC1B(2225) SW type 1 infomodel version 。 internal SW version module IF UPPER of type 4*STM1/ATM(2210) MISSING module IF LOWER of type 4*STM1/ATM(2210) serial number 40600002457, NO CLEI CODE sfp connector 0 is not present sfp connector 1 is not present sfp connector 2 is not present sfp connector 3 is not present interface module 0 has expected type 4*STM1/ATM active type none existing type none interface module 1 has expected type 4*chSTM1/OC3 (etsi mode) active type none (no mode) existing type 4*STM1/ATM (no mode)解決方法：將該unit先刪除再添加hwinventory slot 8 remove unithwinventory slot 8 add unit cleanstart etsi
