respnsible第七條在合同期間，委托人應自費提供或安排其他方提供人員組成委托人的現(xiàn)場工作組。監(jiān)理機構應與委托人的現(xiàn)場工作組合作，但不對他們及其行為負責，也不依靠他們及他們的行為來開展監(jiān)理人負責的工作。第八條監(jiān)理人派駐現(xiàn)場的監(jiān)理人員數(shù)量和人員資質，必須符合雙方商定的人員表和分階段專業(yè)人員進場計劃表的規(guī)定。根據(jù)各階段實際施工需要，監(jiān)理人有義務根據(jù)委托人要求，在人員表人員的范圍內調整和增加人員。委托人有權根據(jù)專業(yè)人員進場計劃表進行人員資質檢查和出勤考核。如發(fā)現(xiàn)有不符資質及缺員情況，將斟情扣發(fā)監(jiān)理人報酬。artile
