【正文】 B shall report any accident it encounters to the project leader and the person responsible for HSE of Party A immediately after occurrence.乙方應自行組織相關人員對乙方發(fā)生的各類事故進行調查、分析和處理，必要時或發(fā)生重大傷亡事故時甲方應參加事故調查。發(fā)生任何事故，乙方應在事故發(fā)生后立即報甲方項目負責人及環(huán)境健康安全負責人。7 Rights of Party A甲方的權利 Party A has the right to supervise and inspect the work process of Party B in the factoryof Party A, and it may demand rectification and impose punishment against the behaviors that fail to ply with HSE rules。 it is entitled to terminate the operation of relevant persons of Party B andevendirectlyremove relevant persons out of the factoryin serious cases.甲方對乙方在甲方廠內(nèi)工作過程有權進行監(jiān)督檢查，對不符合環(huán)境健康安全規(guī)定的行為有權提出整改要求和實施處罰，有權終止乙方相關人員的作業(yè)，情況嚴重者可以將乙方相關人員直接清退出廠。 Party A is entitled to request the personnel of Party B to wear proper PPEwhen working in the factoryof Party A.甲方有權要求乙方人員在甲方廠內(nèi)工作時配帶合適的安全防護用品。 Party A will impose punishment against/suspend the operation of/remove those of Party B who mit violation or take other measures in accordance with the provisions hereof.甲方將按本協(xié)議規(guī)定對乙方的違章進行處罰/停工/清退出廠等整改。 Party A will request Party B to provide relevant qualification certificates or documents of special operators/special equipment/dangerous 8 operations/hazardous chemicals and archive the same as required by the government.甲方將按政府的規(guī)定要求乙方提供特種作業(yè)人員/特種設備/危險作業(yè)/危險化學品的相關資質證件或資料并存檔。8 Rights of Party B 乙方的權利To satisfy the needs during works, Party B is entitled to replace or increase/decrease the number of the working personnel in the factoryof Party A, but it shall notify Party A of the same 3 days in advance and implement relevant clauses above.
