When we installed block silk screen, they must be tighten symmetrically. ②.除沫器安裝的中心、標(biāo)高及水平度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。Center、level and level degree of equipment installed of getting rid of bubble should answer for request of design.十二、twelve清理與封閉Cleaning and closing1) 塔安裝完畢后，均應(yīng)進(jìn)行清掃，清除內(nèi)部的鐵銹、泥砂、灰塵、木塊、邊角料和焊條頭等雜物；對(duì)無(wú)法進(jìn)行人工清掃的設(shè)備，可用蒸汽或空氣吹掃，但吹掃后必須及時(shí)除去水分；對(duì)因受熱膨脹可能影響安裝精度及損壞構(gòu)件的塔，不得用蒸汽吹掃，忌油塔的吹掃氣體不得含油；清掃檢查合格后，及時(shí)進(jìn)行封閉，并填寫(xiě)“清理、檢查、封閉記錄”。After tower already is installed, cleaning work will be made, clean rust、mud and sand、dust、wood block、leftover material、head of welding rod and so on. the equipment that can not be cleaned with manpower can be blowed with steam or air, but wet must be cleaned in times after blowing。 these towers which installation precision will be affected because of hot expanding and which fitting have be attainted can not be blowed with steam. When the tower that cannot touch oil, blowing air cannot exist oil. After checking is ok, we must close equipment in time, and fill in “note of cleaning、checking and closing ” 十三、thirteen氣密性試驗(yàn) air tight test1）氣密性試驗(yàn)前，塔上的安全裝置、閥類(lèi)、壓力計(jì)、液面計(jì)等附件及全部?jī)?nèi)件均應(yīng)裝配齊全，并經(jīng)檢查合格。Before air tight test safe set、valve、pressure gauge、liquid surface gauge and all of inside ponent must be assembled altogether, and checked out.2）氣密性試驗(yàn)所用氣體應(yīng)為干燥、潔凈的空氣、氮?dú)饣蚱渌栊詺怏w；對(duì)要求脫脂的塔，應(yīng)用無(wú)油氣體。氣體溫度不得低于5℃。Gas that be used in the test must be dry、clean air, nitrogen or other inertia gas. The tower that be required to degreased should test with without oil gas.3）氣密性試驗(yàn)時(shí)，緩慢升壓至設(shè)計(jì)壓力，至少保持30分鐘，同時(shí)以噴涂發(fā)泡劑等方法檢查所有焊縫和連接部位有無(wú)微量氣體泄漏，無(wú)泄漏不降壓為合格。When Test pressure of airtight test is making, pressure must rise to design pressure, remain pressure at least 30 minute, at the same time check leaking of gas with spewing vesicant method and so on, without leaking and falling pressure check out，試驗(yàn)時(shí)壓力應(yīng)緩慢上升,達(dá)到規(guī)定試驗(yàn)壓力后保持10min，然后降到設(shè)計(jì)壓力，對(duì)所有的焊縫和連接部位堿性檢查。不滲、不漏為合格。如有泄漏應(yīng)先卸壓后修補(bǔ)，再重新做氣密試驗(yàn)直至合格。 times, pressure must rise slowly during test, this pressure must be remained 10 min after reaching pressure of test, and then this pressure is lowering pressure of design, all of welding line and place connected must be checked, it is ok without seeping and leaking.
