【正文】 nt, China has focused its assistance on improving the Afghan people39。s livelihood and putting Afghanistan on a more solid footing for independent development. We have built a hospital, a water conservancy project and other projects aimed at improving people39。s wellbeing in Afghanistan. Up to now, China has provided nearly US$180 million in economic assistance to Afghanistan and cancelled all the matured debts Afghanistan owed to China. In addition, China has trained over one thousand Afghan technical personnel from various fields. On the security front, China and Afghanistan have signed agreements on bating illicit drug trafficking and transnational crimes and conducted effective cooperation in fighting terrorism and illicit drug trafficking. China has also assisted in developing the Afghan national army by providing military assistance and personnel training. We stand ready to continue to provide longterm support to Afghanistan through multilateral and bilateral channels and make unremitting efforts, in the spirit of mutual benefit and mon development, for Afghanistan39。s longterm peace and stability.各位同事，Dear Colleagues,中國政府決定，將承諾向阿提供的7500萬美元優(yōu)惠貸款全部轉(zhuǎn)為無償援助，從2009年起分五年實施。The Chinese government has decided to turn the previously mitted US$75 million concessional loans into grant assistance, which will be delivered in five years starting from 2009.各位同事，Dear Colleagues,阿富汗走上和平、穩(wěn)定、和諧、發(fā)展之路，是飽經(jīng)憂患的阿人民的迫切期待，也是世界各國的共同心愿。這既需要阿富汗政府和人民繼續(xù)做出艱苦努力，也需要包括上海合作組織在內(nèi)的整個國際社會的持續(xù)關(guān)注和大力支持。作為上海合作組織負責(zé)任的一員，中方愿同本組織成員國、觀察員國及有關(guān)各方一道，為實現(xiàn)阿富汗和平美好的未來作出應(yīng)有的貢獻。To achieve peace, stability, harmony and development in Afghanistan is the urgent desire of the Afghan people who have endured so many hardships and the mon aspiration of the entire international munity. This demands not only the hard work of the Afghan government and people, but also the sustained attention and vigorous support of the entire international munity, including the SCO.
