(2) stationary (adj.) 靜止的/stationery (n.) 文具 ? — The bus remained stationary. ? — He bought stationery at the bookshop. ? VIII. 聯(lián)想記憶學諺語 ? 把含有同一詞的相近或不同的成語總結(jié)在一起，記起來又快又省力： ? — An apple a day may keep the doctor away. 一天一個蘋果，醫(yī)生不來找我。 ? — An apple a night may keep the dentist flight. 晚上一個蘋果，牙醫(yī)不來找我。 ? — A laugh a day may keep the doctor away. 笑一笑，十年少。 ? — A carrot a day may keep the cancer away. 一天一個胡籮卜，癌癥不會來找我。 ? — A bulb of garlic a day may keep everybody away. 一天一頭蒜，眾人離我遠。 ? — Time cures all things. 時間可以醫(yī)治所有的創(chuàng)傷。 ? — Time and tide wait(s) for no man.
