隨著DNA濃度的增加其峰值不斷變大,且出峰時的波長也變小。對于釕金屬配合物來說,當(dāng)與DNA發(fā)生嵌插作用時,熒光碎滅受到抑制,配合物的熒光強度增強。4 結(jié)論與討論本論文使用水熱法以Ru(III)為金屬離子,2,5–二巰基–1,3,4–噻二唑以及鄰菲啰啉(phen)為配體,合成Ru(III)配合物,得到了晶體樣品。并通過紫外光譜法、熒光光譜法等研究了鄰菲啰啉類金屬配合物與DNA之間的相互作用,通過實驗,可以得出如下結(jié)論:1.水熱合成法可以成功地被使用在此體系的晶體樣品合成中,合成配合物時可重復(fù)性好,為研究配體的配位特征和配合物結(jié)構(gòu)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。2. 配合物為單核離子型化合物。3.通過測定金屬配合物以及與DNA作用的紫外數(shù)據(jù),可以看出釕金屬配合物的吸收光譜出現(xiàn)增色效應(yīng)和紅移現(xiàn)象,且作用越強增色效應(yīng)越明顯,說明釕金屬配合物與DNA發(fā)生嵌插作用。4.通過熒光研究,說明釕金屬配合物與DNA發(fā)生了嵌插作用。參考文獻:[1] G.
