【正文】 命。 The next painting shall only be done after the last painting finished and dried. 在上一層涂層完成后必須在涂層干硬后經(jīng)行下道涂層的涂裝。 Protection of painting position: Strictly prohibit other people to pollute or damage and undried position of painting. 涂裝部位的保護，嚴禁其他人員對未干部位的損壞及污染。 六、 Safety 安全 ? Obey the site regulations of Dow Corning. Apply for fire permit before grinding works. Apply for painting permit before painting work. 嚴格執(zhí)行道康寧施工現(xiàn)場的管理要求，打磨工作前需辦理動火作業(yè)許可，油漆涂裝前辦理油漆涂裝工作許可。 ? The coating shall be stored in a special warehouse which has good ventilation and be equipped with firefighting device。 a warning plate “No Smoke/Fire”shall be set up。 and no body is allowed to live in it. 涂料應在專門的倉庫內(nèi)儲存，庫房應通風良好，并應與配置消防器材，設(shè)置 “嚴禁煙火 ”警示牌；庫房內(nèi)嚴禁住人。 ? When enter into the painting site, all workers shall wear their badge, safety helmat, safety shoes, goggles, gloves and other necessary protection 、安全帽、安全鞋、防護眼鏡、防護手套等必備防護用具。 ? The painting site must have good lighting, the temporary wiring shall be safe and reliable and with good ,臨時電器線路架設(shè)，要安全可靠，絕緣好。 ? The sandblasting tank usd for sandblasting work shall receive hydro test regularly, all pressure gauge, safety valve and etc. shall be calibrated ，所用的壓力表安全閥等均應定期校驗。 ? Painting in a confined space, it must have a good ventilation and with designated personnel to watch. 在封閉空間內(nèi)涂漆，必須保證良好的通 風，并有專人監(jiān)護。 ? All painters should wear special mask to prevent poisoning. 所有涂裝人員必須佩戴專用的口罩，以防油漆中毒。 ? Original scaffold will be used for the painting at height, if not , elevator or ladder will be given instead as well as safety belt. 登 高油漆工作盡量使用原有的腳手架作業(yè)，若無腳手架采用升降機或梯子并正確佩戴安全帶。 ? Strictly apply to the elevator and ladder procedure. 嚴格遵守升降機及梯子的使用程序。 七、 油漆保護 Paint Protection Internatinal paint system is applied for steel structures, and the fabrication work will be done in the workshop and later installed on site. Before entering into site, all ready products are done with primer, intermediate and finishing paint. Effective protection measures will be performed for the painting decrease site touchup。 本項目鋼結(jié)構(gòu)采用國際油漆系統(tǒng)，并且都在工廠預制現(xiàn)場安裝。成品件進場前 底漆、中間漆、面漆已經(jīng)完成?，F(xiàn)場的油漆保護做好有效的控制，才能減少現(xiàn)場油漆的修補。 Paint protection will be performed in three steps: 油漆保護可分為三部分進行跟蹤： First step: transportation and storage of the ready products 第一部分：成品件的運輸及存放 ? The ready products will be separated layer by layer with soft square timbers during 。 ? Ready products will be laid on the square timber, no direct contact with the ground is ，嚴禁直接接觸地面。 ? Special care should be taken during unloading of the ready products, no throwing is allowed. 成品件到貨卸車時應輕拿輕放，避免扔擲。 Second step: lifting and setting in position 第二部分：吊裝及安裝就位 ? Use soft lifting belts during equipment lifting, cloth or rubber will be used in between of the lifting belt and ready product to avoid paint ，并在吊裝帶與成品件之間 用布或膠皮隔離，以避免在吊裝過程中損傷油漆。 ? Hemp rope will be also used for directing the ready products during lifting to avoid collision with outher structures or 遛繩，防止成品件與其它構(gòu)件及設(shè)施發(fā)生碰撞。 ? No knocking with hard 。 ? Protect the paint around welding seams when perform site welding work with fireproof ，可用防火布覆蓋隔離。 Third step: protection after installation 第三部分：安裝后的保護 ? Daily inspection of the installed structures, take timely effective mesure to stop or prevent the activities if found may cause paint 安裝后應每天進行巡檢，發(fā)現(xiàn)有破壞油漆的活動應及時提制止并采取有效措施加以防范。 ? Special care should be taken during setting up of the scaffolding to avoid knocking and scratching of the painted parts. Effective anticorrosion mesures should be applied for the scaffolding materials.腳手架搭設(shè)過程中特別注意對油漆的保護避免碰撞及摩擦，且腳手架材料已經(jīng)做好有效防腐。 ? Protect the ready painted products from being polluted by the splashing materials fromg site grinding ，打磨飛濺嚴禁對準成品件以免造成污染。 ? Fireproof cloth should be used for protection during welding to avoid being polluted by the falling welding 防護，防止焊渣落到下方成品件上造成污染。 ? It is not allowed to scrabble on the ready products. 注意對成品的保護 。
