It has an important practical significance in the effective implementation of a national strategy which emphasis the development and opening up of Tianjin Binhai New Area, if we research and broaden the financial support to explore the path of economic development. In this paper, stands from the strategic position of Tianjin Binhai New Area and the national policy established in Tianjin Binhai New Area development and it use of the bination research methods of theoretical analysis and parative analysis to discuss economic and financial development of the Binhai New Area, cited the domestic and international economic development, the financial support of the case and the status of policy and the financial situation in Shanghai39。s Pudong and conducted indepth parison, at the same time to bine the advantages of its own conditions and constraints to learn from the successful experiences.
