【正文】 Starting with the 2020 budget, get MOESS, (also ESTAC and NERIC) to focus on the national education policy priorities and targeting the resources accordingly. – Pilot National Targeted Programs (as in Vietnam) in the 2020 budget. – Create incentives for retaining of quality staff through the internally generated revenues. Followup actions 4. ? Sequencing education policy – Invite to Ghana economic and education policy makers from South East Asia to share experiences. (with World Bank assistance) – Demographic and economic (including employment) statistics should be better integrated with the education sector performance monitoring and planning systems.
