【正文】 tamination. 如果要對合金鋼進行搬運與裝運，賣方應向網(wǎng)新提交合金鋼不受碳污染的防護規(guī)定，以供批準。 If rubber materials/linings are to be handled and shipped, special precautions shall be taken to prevent exposure to sunlight or oil (hydrocarbons), which may degrade the rubber materials. Such procedures and precautions shall be submitted to INSIGMA for review. 如果要對橡膠材料 /襯里進行搬運與裝運，應進行專門的預防措施，防止可能導致橡膠材料降級的太陽曝曬或 油污（碳水化合物）。這些程序與預防措施應提交給網(wǎng)新，以供審核。 Any threaded connections shall be plugged or capped with standard pipe plugs or caps. 各螺紋連接頭應該采用標準管塞或蓋帽進行保護。 All parts and materials shall be suitably prepared for shipment. Where necessary, metal or wood bracing shall be installed to prevent distortion in transit. The Field Representative shall have a thorough knowledge of supplied equipment and installation procedures. 在買方要求時，賣方應派一名現(xiàn)場代表進行現(xiàn)場服務?，F(xiàn)場代表應對所提供設備及其安裝過程非常了解。 When the services of the Supplier39。s field representative is required, the field representative shall furnish written certification to the Purchaser that the equipment has been inspected and/or adjusted by them or under their direction, and that the equipment is ready for service. The certification shall be supplied prior to the field representative leaving the plant site. A written service report shall be supplied to the Purchaser within one (1) week of the field representative39。s visit, fully detailing findings and activities performed during the visit. 若需要賣方現(xiàn)場代表提供現(xiàn)場服務，則該現(xiàn)場代表應向買方出具書面證明，證明設備已由他們或在他們的指導下檢查和 /或調節(jié)完畢，可以投入使用。該證明應在現(xiàn)場代表離開現(xiàn)場前出具?，F(xiàn)場代表進場后一周內應向買方提交一份服務書面報告，詳盡列明在考察現(xiàn)場后所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題以及需相應采取的整改措施。 Training 培訓 The supplier will be responsible for the technical training for operation and maintenance personnel to ensure normal running and reliable maintenance of the contractual equipments. The contents of such training shall be in accordance with the project progress. 為使合同設備能正常安裝和運行，賣方有責任提供相應的技術培訓。培訓內容應與工程進度相一致。 The place, date and trainees of training shall be agreed by and between Purchaser and Supplier. 培訓的時間、人數(shù)、地點等具體內容由雙方商定。 The Supplier will provide the trainees equipment, place, document and other facilities as well as acmodation and transportation. The required teaching materials will be provided by the Supplier. 賣方為買方培訓人員提供設備、場地、資料等培訓條件，并提供食宿和交通方便。 Design Liaison 設計聯(lián)絡 14 The detailed schedule, data, location and content of design liaison shall be agreed by and between Purchaser and Supplier. 有關設計聯(lián)絡的計劃、時間、地點和內容要求由雙方商定。 INFORMATION TO BE SUBMITTED AFTER AGREEMENT 協(xié)議 簽訂后的提資 Submittals required elsewhere in this agreement technical or its attachments, but not listed in Attachment D, shall be submitted within a time frame such that the Purchaser and Owner may review the information as necessary to meet design and construction schedules. 本 技術協(xié)議 其它章節(jié)或附件要求的提資應在各指定的時間段內提交，或者若未指定時間段，則應及時提交。 All final drawings and documents submitted after contract awarded shall be provided with 12 hard copies with original and four electronic files.
