【導(dǎo)讀】足跡”應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。碳足跡是從消費(fèi)端出發(fā)的CO2排放量,用來(lái)衡量人類生產(chǎn)生活。中的能源活動(dòng)排碳對(duì)氣候變化的影響,比傳統(tǒng)意義上的碳排量更加形象而科學(xué)。在我國(guó),電力行業(yè)作為CO2減排的主力軍,減排任務(wù)十分艱巨。這種分析方法以過(guò)程分析為基本出發(fā)點(diǎn),通過(guò)研究對(duì)象的生命周期。煤炭開采,但在運(yùn)輸、尾氣脫硫等部分的碳排放絕對(duì)量也是不可忽視的,因此,燃煤發(fā)電行業(yè)在節(jié)能減排時(shí)應(yīng)全面統(tǒng)籌,有的放矢。

  

【正文】 際貿(mào)易中隱含碳足跡、現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)碳足跡等應(yīng)是未來(lái)研究熱點(diǎn)。 ( 8) 碳足跡補(bǔ)償機(jī)制研究 。 碳足跡補(bǔ)償機(jī)制(碳中和或碳抵消) 是運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)杠桿減少碳足跡的一種制度創(chuàng)新,是促進(jìn)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力,科學(xué)構(gòu)建碳足跡補(bǔ)償機(jī)制,有利于可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略推進(jìn),對(duì)遏阻全球氣候變化具有十分突出意義。 ( 9) 研究尺度中型化 。 現(xiàn)有的國(guó)內(nèi)外碳足跡研究多為宏觀尺度、微觀尺度(產(chǎn)品、個(gè)人、家庭),基于小城市(本文界定為我國(guó)地級(jí)市) 的中觀尺度研究較少,我國(guó)地級(jí)市有 200 多個(gè),地級(jí)市碳減排在應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化中具有重要地位,因此,中尺度區(qū) 域碳足跡必然是未來(lái)研究的重點(diǎn)。 ( 10) 碳足跡的科學(xué)利用 。 應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化的碳減排是國(guó)際社會(huì)及我國(guó)的共識(shí), 如何利用碳足跡研究方法科學(xué)提出減排對(duì)策, 如何將碳足跡研究成果作為構(gòu)建碳減排的政策與法律體系的依據(jù), 將是碳足跡重要的研究方向與領(lǐng)域。 天津理工大學(xué) 2020 屆畢業(yè)論文 25 參考文獻(xiàn) [1]尚春靜,張智慧 .建筑生命周期碳排放核算 [J],工程管理學(xué)報(bào) ,2020 年 02 月 .
