this article, the Company shall not be liable for any injury intentionally caused by the Employee herself/himself. The pany reserves the right to get pensation by deduction from the Employee’s salary for any cost for damages to the Company‘s property caused by the Employee’s negligence. Article Fourteen Penalty for Breaking the Provision Be Late one time, the Employee would be deducted by 30% of all ine on the day. Be absent from work one time, the Employee would be deduct all ine on the day. Be absent for more than five times, the Employee would be deducted by 30% of all ine he deserves in the whole month. 第 4 頁 共 4 頁 Article Fifteen Dismiss After the Employer dismisses the Employee, the Employee will get his/her payment until the time he/she is dismissed. The Employer will not pay the Employee any payment after the Employee is dismissed excluding the following sum in the next paragraph. The Employer will not pay any payment for what the Employee does not do. The Employee shall return Employer’s all properties including tools, working protective products and anything given from Employer when the Employee is dismissed. The Employer shall get pensation according to purchase price or depreciation price from the Employee if Employer’s things are lost, dirty, broken or not intact because of the Employee. Article Sixteen Matters not Mentioned If the other conditions which are not described in this contract happen, two parties shall discuss with each other. If two parties can not reach an agreement, both parties shall observe the Ethiopian Labour Proclamation. Article Seventeen Any alteration to this contract is not deemed to be valid. English edition of this contract is superior to other language edition and English edition shall be deemed to be the standard.
