【導(dǎo)讀】貨物進(jìn)口后在境內(nèi)維修的期限為進(jìn)口之日起6個(gè)月，可以申請(qǐng)延長(zhǎng)，延長(zhǎng)的期限最長(zhǎng)不超過6個(gè)月。超過海關(guān)規(guī)定期限復(fù)運(yùn)進(jìn)境的，海關(guān)按一般進(jìn)口貨物計(jì)征進(jìn)口關(guān)稅和進(jìn)口代征稅。受理備案的應(yīng)當(dāng)核發(fā)“出料加工登記手冊(cè)”。出口，屬許可證件管理的商品，免交許可證件；屬于應(yīng)征出口稅，應(yīng)提供擔(dān)保。放棄進(jìn)口貨物，海關(guān)將依法提取變賣，變賣進(jìn)口貨物所得的價(jià)款，先撥付變賣處理實(shí)際支付的費(fèi)用后，對(duì)超期未報(bào)關(guān)進(jìn)口貨物由海關(guān)提取依法變賣處理。出口貨物自出口之日起1年內(nèi)原狀退貨復(fù)運(yùn)進(jìn)境的，海關(guān)核實(shí)后，不予征收進(jìn)口稅。收出口稅，重新繳納因出口而退還的國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)節(jié)稅的，自繳納出口稅款之日起1年內(nèi)準(zhǔn)予退還。管區(qū)不再出口的貨物稱為退關(guān)貨物。
