【導(dǎo)讀】五強溪水電站位于湖南省沅陵縣境內(nèi),上離沅陵縣城73km,下距常德市130km。壩址位于沅水干流最后一段峽谷出口處,巖性堅硬,地形地質(zhì)條件良好。五強溪水電站是以發(fā)電為主、兼有防洪、航運和灌溉等效益的綜合利用工程。五強溪水電站建成后投入華中電網(wǎng),主要供電范圍為湖南省。沅水下游赤山以西的桃源、常德、漢壽三縣及常德市所屬平原河網(wǎng)地區(qū),統(tǒng)稱沅水尾閭。全靠提防保護,共保護人口106萬,農(nóng)水159萬畝。五強溪水庫靠近沅水尾閭,控制全流域面積的93%,解決尾閭防洪問題,是它的基本防洪任務(wù)。五強溪水電站的航運效益為改善水庫區(qū)和壩下游河道的通航條件。沅水是湘西的水上交通動脈,其干流全長1550km,通航里程為640km,但航道險灘很多。五強溪水庫修建以后,壩址以上,沅水以下河段成為常年深水區(qū),其險灘都將淹沒。5.水庫庫區(qū)蒸發(fā)滲漏等水量損失不大,故在初步設(shè)計階段暫時不考慮;8.在沅水規(guī)劃中,五強溪水電站上游將干流的虎皮溪及酉水的風(fēng)灘(已建成)梯級,,;
