VII. BIOGRAPHIES Kaveri Bhuyan (M’10) was born in Lakhimpur in Assam, India, on May7, 1981. She has done B. Tech and M. Tech in Electrical Engineering from North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST), Arunachal Pradesh, India. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in High Voltage Engineering from the same Institute. She is presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Central Institute of Technology, Kokrajhar, Assam, India. Saibal Chatterjee (M’06) born in Serampore, West Bengal, INDIA in 1969 and currently Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, NERIST, had his graduation in Electrical Engineering from NIT Durgapur in 1990. After a brief stint in private sector and pleting MEE from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Jadavpur University in 1994 he joined NERIST as a Lecturer in 1997. He pleted his PhD in High Voltage from Jadavpur University in 2020.
