【正文】 使全部或部分不能履行本合同或遲延履行本合同，應(yīng)自不可抗力事件發(fā)生之日起_____日內(nèi)，將事件情況以書面形式通知另一方，并自事件發(fā)生之日起_____日內(nèi)，向另一方提交導(dǎo)致其全部或部分不能履行或遲延履行的證明。第十三條 20xx翻譯服務(wù)合同篇二十二乙方：(甲方)聘請(乙方)擔(dān)任在北京舉辦的“研修班”和“研修班”兩項(xiàng)活動(dòng)中法交傳傳譯和筆譯工作，經(jīng)甲、乙雙方協(xié)商，就有關(guān)事項(xiàng)達(dá)成如下協(xié)議：1. 工作安排：研修班：年月日到 月 日(授課時(shí)間約 天)。 研修班：年月日至 月 日(授課時(shí)間約 天)。 注：乙方只參加研修班授課時(shí)的翻譯工作(共計(jì)約天)和甲方要求的會(huì)議材料的筆譯工作。2. 工作報(bào)酬：口譯：4000元(稅后)/每個(gè)工作日。每個(gè)工作日指上午和下午的授課時(shí)間(含討論交流)。如需晚上(18:00以后)加班，則另計(jì)加班費(fèi)，每加班一個(gè)小時(shí)按照1000元計(jì)。筆譯：中譯法，每千字中文原稿的翻譯費(fèi)為稅后300元(不含標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào))。法譯中，翻譯費(fèi)按中文譯稿的字?jǐn)?shù)計(jì)費(fèi)(不含標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào))，每千字同樣為稅后300元。3. 付款方式：乙方在每個(gè)研修班結(jié)束后與甲方簽署“譯員口譯工作時(shí)間及文字翻譯數(shù)量確認(rèn)單”作為結(jié)款依據(jù)，在甲方客戶認(rèn)可乙方工作的基礎(chǔ)上，甲方將于會(huì)議結(jié)束后5個(gè)工作日內(nèi)全額支付上述款項(xiàng)，以銀行轉(zhuǎn)帳的形式將翻譯費(fèi)用打入譯員帳戶中或現(xiàn)金支付。乙方收到翻譯費(fèi)時(shí)，按甲方要求簽署領(lǐng)款單和個(gè)人所得稅明細(xì)表。4. 工作條件：譯員在工作地點(diǎn)有一間單獨(dú)客房作為休息及翻譯工作準(zhǔn)備地點(diǎn)。 口譯工作，甲方應(yīng)在適當(dāng)時(shí)間內(nèi)提前向乙方提供相關(guān)資料，以供乙方做好準(zhǔn)備。筆譯工作，甲方應(yīng)提前向乙方提供需要翻譯的文稿，以使乙方有合理充分的時(shí)間完成翻譯任務(wù)。5. 乙方職責(zé)：乙方負(fù)責(zé)承擔(dān)甲方組織的研修班期間翻譯工作。乙方在會(huì)議召開前認(rèn)真閱讀會(huì)議相關(guān)材料，做好翻譯前期準(zhǔn)備工作，確保準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)、清晰，為甲方提供高質(zhì)量的同聲翻譯服務(wù)。乙方應(yīng)在上課前10分鐘到達(dá)教室，進(jìn)行設(shè)備調(diào)試和翻譯準(zhǔn)備。如有譯員屆時(shí)因不可抗力原因無法到場，乙方負(fù)責(zé)找到同等資歷的譯員予以替代，并在事前征得甲方的同意，此種情況不可超過總口譯工作量的10%。譯員需嚴(yán)格遵守職業(yè)道德，對非公開的會(huì)議內(nèi)容予以保密。、乙雙方任何一方的過失，造成協(xié)議不能履行或給對方造成損失，違約方需賠償對方的損失。如甲方在簽署協(xié)議后無故取消本次工作，應(yīng)向乙方賠償約定翻譯費(fèi)的一半金額作為補(bǔ)償。如乙方譯員由于各人原因不出席此次活動(dòng)，或在會(huì)議活動(dòng)中出現(xiàn)重大翻譯失誤影響會(huì)議的正常進(jìn)行，應(yīng)同樣向甲方賠償約定翻譯費(fèi)的一半金額，或未完成翻譯量的翻譯費(fèi)的一半金額作為補(bǔ)償。7.
