【正文】 、品名、數(shù)量、船名、裝船日期以電報通知買方。Terms of Shipment ： （CIF／CFR）1． The carrying vessel shall be provided by the seller． partial Shipments’ transshipment and containers transportation are allowed。2． After loading is pleted the Seller shall notify the Buyer by cable of the contract number . description of modity ， quantity， name of the carrying vessel and date of shipment。（15）品質(zhì)與數(shù)量、重量的異議與索賠：貨到目的口岸后，買方如發(fā)現(xiàn)貨物品質(zhì)及／或數(shù)量／重量與合同規(guī)定不符，除屬于保險公司及／或船公司的責(zé)任外，買方可以憑雙方同意的檢驗機構(gòu)出具的檢驗證明向賣方提出異議，品質(zhì)異議須于貨到目的口岸之日起30天內(nèi)提出，數(shù)量／重量異議須于貨到目的口岸之日15天內(nèi)提出。賣方應(yīng)于收到異議后30天內(nèi)答復(fù)買方。
