For example, the development of advanced science and technology cause the decreasing of the employment. And many graduates themselves are lack of the operational capability, and so on.Therefore, I strongly contend that immediate measures must be adopted to address the quandary. For one thing, government must enhance the awareness that employment is important for the development of our society. For another thing, college students are expected to put what they learned into practice.譯文:上面這幅圖生動的描繪了一個像漏斗一樣的東西來說明大學(xué)生從進入學(xué)校到就業(yè)的情況。每年成百上千的學(xué)生進入大學(xué)，而且他們中的大多數(shù)選擇了特別好的專業(yè)。但是到最后，只有一小部分的畢業(yè)生能找到工作。20世紀不僅見證了經(jīng)濟的快速開展，而且由于經(jīng)濟所導(dǎo)致的危機也開場出現(xiàn)。越來越多的畢業(yè)生開場明白，和過去相比，工作越來越難找。盡管他們在大學(xué)里選擇了好的專業(yè)，但他們?nèi)圆荒塬@得一個理想的工作。就像一個漏斗，入口特別寬，但是出口卻特別窄。因而，這是由特別多要素造成的。例如，科學(xué)和技術(shù)的向前開展導(dǎo)致就業(yè)人數(shù)的下降。而且許多畢業(yè)生本人也缺乏實際動手才能，等等。 因而，我強烈建立應(yīng)該采取有效的措施來處理這個征詢題。第一，政府必須提高認識：就業(yè)對我們社會的開展特別重要。第二，大學(xué)生應(yīng)該把他們所學(xué)的知識運用到實際中去。
