The t hir d char act erist ic of t he m asses2 第一章 建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范檢驗(yàn)批 檢查用表填寫說明 建設(shè)部頒布的新版《建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》定于 2021 年 1 月 1 日起執(zhí)行。為確保新版規(guī)范在我省全面貫徹實(shí)施,便于實(shí)際操作,根據(jù)新版規(guī)范的條文和建設(shè)部有關(guān)規(guī)定,我站組織專家編制了“建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收檢驗(yàn)批檢查用表匯編”。它是與《建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》配套使用的全省統(tǒng)一格式。工程建設(shè)各方主體在施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收過程中都應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵照 執(zhí)行。填寫檢查用表時(shí),除應(yīng)符合省建設(shè)廳《關(guān)于執(zhí)行建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范有關(guān)事項(xiàng)的通知》(浙建發(fā) [2021]193 號(hào))文件的規(guī)定外,尚應(yīng)符合以下要求: 當(dāng)合同約定采用的企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的檢查內(nèi)容多于國家規(guī)范規(guī)定的檢查內(nèi)容時(shí),應(yīng)按企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定補(bǔ)充檢查內(nèi)容,并按此檢查驗(yàn)收; 當(dāng)合同約定采用的企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的質(zhì)量要求高于國家規(guī)范的規(guī)定時(shí),應(yīng)按企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定修改檢查表內(nèi)相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量要求指標(biāo),并按此檢查驗(yàn)收; 當(dāng)檢查表中某一檢查項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量要求指標(biāo)寫明按“設(shè)計(jì)要求”時(shí),應(yīng)按本工程施工圖設(shè)計(jì)文件的規(guī)定,明確填寫本工 程設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定的具體的質(zhì)量要求,并按此檢查驗(yàn)收; 當(dāng)檢查表中某一檢查項(xiàng)目有多種檢查內(nèi)容時(shí)(僅限定量檢查項(xiàng)目),應(yīng)按相關(guān)專業(yè)規(guī)范或合同約定采用的企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的檢查內(nèi)容進(jìn)行檢查并另行形成“檢查記錄表”作為本表的附件。填寫本表時(shí),按所附“檢查記錄表”中的合格檢查結(jié)果,在本表相應(yīng)欄目內(nèi)填寫“符合要求”或“抽樣檢驗(yàn)合格”等合適的結(jié)論性肯定用詞; 當(dāng)同一檢查表內(nèi)的檢查項(xiàng)目不能(或不應(yīng))在某一時(shí)間一次性檢查驗(yàn)收時(shí),施工、監(jiān)理(建設(shè))單位應(yīng)按實(shí)際情況在過程前、過程中進(jìn)行檢查、控制、驗(yàn)收,并填寫相應(yīng)的檢查(驗(yàn)收)欄目,但 “驗(yàn)收結(jié)論”應(yīng)在表列檢查內(nèi)容全部檢查并填寫完整后填寫,日期以填寫“驗(yàn)收結(jié)論”的日期為準(zhǔn); 當(dāng)檢查表所列某一檢查項(xiàng)目的檢查(驗(yàn)收)記錄欄分為 10 個(gè)小格時(shí),并不表示只需抽查 10 個(gè)點(diǎn) ,現(xiàn)場實(shí)際抽查點(diǎn)數(shù)應(yīng)按施工組織設(shè)計(jì)中劃分的檢驗(yàn)批大小和相關(guān)專業(yè)規(guī)范(企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn))或本表說明中規(guī)定的抽樣方案(檢查數(shù)量)確定的點(diǎn)數(shù)抽查。 當(dāng)某一張檢驗(yàn)批表有多個(gè)編號(hào),填寫時(shí)應(yīng)將無關(guān)的編號(hào)劃去,保留實(shí)際檢查的檢驗(yàn)批編號(hào)。如當(dāng)《磚砌體工程檢驗(yàn)批質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收記錄》用于主體結(jié)構(gòu)砌體檢查時(shí),應(yīng)將 010701(基礎(chǔ)分部用)編號(hào)劃去。 浙江省 工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)督總站 二 OO 二年十二月 security opfn.(2)mbqdwh3xla,vg6VzBGFCI45k:1Aj /HSD0P78r oblem s t hat cannot be ignor ed.
