The t hir d char act erist ic of t he m asses2 第一章 建筑工程施工質量驗收規(guī)范檢驗批 檢查用表填寫說明 建設部頒布的新版《建筑工程施工質量驗收規(guī)范》定于 2021 年 1 月 1 日起執(zhí)行。為確保新版規(guī)范在我省全面貫徹實施，便于實際操作，根據新版規(guī)范的條文和建設部有關規(guī)定，我站組織專家編制了“建筑工程施工質量驗收檢驗批檢查用表匯編”。它是與《建筑工程施工質量驗收規(guī)范》配套使用的全省統一格式。工程建設各方主體在施工質量驗收過程中都應嚴格遵照 執(zhí)行。填寫檢查用表時，除應符合省建設廳《關于執(zhí)行建筑工程施工質量驗收規(guī)范有關事項的通知》（浙建發(fā) [2021]193 號）文件的規(guī)定外，尚應符合以下要求： 當合同約定采用的企業(yè)標準規(guī)定的檢查內容多于國家規(guī)范規(guī)定的檢查內容時，應按企業(yè)標準的規(guī)定補充檢查內容，并按此檢查驗收； 當合同約定采用的企業(yè)標準規(guī)定的質量要求高于國家規(guī)范的規(guī)定時，應按企業(yè)標準的規(guī)定修改檢查表內相應的質量要求指標，并按此檢查驗收； 當檢查表中某一檢查項目的質量要求指標寫明按“設計要求”時，應按本工程施工圖設計文件的規(guī)定，明確填寫本工 程設計規(guī)定的具體的質量要求，并按此檢查驗收； 當檢查表中某一檢查項目有多種檢查內容時（僅限定量檢查項目），應按相關專業(yè)規(guī)范或合同約定采用的企業(yè)標準規(guī)定的檢查內容進行檢查并另行形成“檢查記錄表”作為本表的附件。填寫本表時，按所附“檢查記錄表”中的合格檢查結果，在本表相應欄目內填寫“符合要求”或“抽樣檢驗合格”等合適的結論性肯定用詞； 當同一檢查表內的檢查項目不能（或不應）在某一時間一次性檢查驗收時，施工、監(jiān)理（建設）單位應按實際情況在過程前、過程中進行檢查、控制、驗收，并填寫相應的檢查（驗收）欄目，但 “驗收結論”應在表列檢查內容全部檢查并填寫完整后填寫，日期以填寫“驗收結論”的日期為準； 當檢查表所列某一檢查項目的檢查（驗收）記錄欄分為 10 個小格時，并不表示只需抽查 10 個點 ,現場實際抽查點數應按施工組織設計中劃分的檢驗批大小和相關專業(yè)規(guī)范（企業(yè)標準）或本表說明中規(guī)定的抽樣方案（檢查數量）確定的點數抽查。 當某一張檢驗批表有多個編號，填寫時應將無關的編號劃去，保留實際檢查的檢驗批編號。如當《磚砌體工程檢驗批質量驗收記錄》用于主體結構砌體檢查時，應將 010701（基礎分部用）編號劃去。 浙江省 工程建設質量安全監(jiān)督總站 二 OO 二年十二月 security opfn.(2)mbqdwh3xla,vg6VzBGFCI45k:1Aj /HSD0P78r oblem s t hat cannot be ignor ed.
