C． 裝箱單：注明合同號(hào)及嘜頭，并逐件列 名毛重和凈重。 Packing list:indicating contract number,shipping mark,gross and weights of each package. D． 制造工廠的品質(zhì)及數(shù)量 /重量證明書(shū)。 Certificates of Quality and Quantity/Weight lssued by the manufacturers of the goods contracted. E． 貨物制造地商會(huì)所配發(fā)的產(chǎn)地證明書(shū)。 Certificate of origin issued by the chamber of merce at the place where the goods manufactured. 1技術(shù)文件： Technology Documentations: A、 出廠檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告及性能表。 Manufacturer?s testing report and characteristics table. B、 英文使用及技術(shù)說(shuō)明書(shū)。（必要時(shí)包括線路圖） Instructions for operation and installation in English(including systematic circuit diagram,whenever necessary.) 1包裝： Packing: 堅(jiān)實(shí)木質(zhì)或集裝箱包裝。適合遠(yuǎn)洋、空運(yùn)要求、防水、防震、防潮。 To be packed in strong wooden case(s) or in carton(s).suitsble for long distance ocean/over land/air freight transportation,well protected against wolsture and shocks,Pressure,wet. 1裝運(yùn)通知：賣(mài)方在貨物裝運(yùn)前，先將合同號(hào)、品名、件數(shù)、毛重、凈重、發(fā)票金額 ,載貨飛機(jī)名及啟航日期、航班號(hào)以傳真通知買(mǎi)方。 Advice of shipment : The Sellers shall upon pletion of loading ,advise the Buyers by cable of the contract number,name of modity,number of Packages,gross and weights,invoice value,name of vessel and its loading date. 1檢驗(yàn)： Inspection: 1索賠：如發(fā)現(xiàn)貨物的品質(zhì)、規(guī)格和數(shù)量與合同、信用證或發(fā)票不符，除屬于保險(xiǎn)公司及船公司的責(zé)任外，買(mǎi)方有權(quán)在貨卸目的口岸后 90 天 內(nèi)，根據(jù)中國(guó)商品檢驗(yàn)局出具的證明書(shū)向賣(mài)方提出索賠。如果賣(mài)方在收到買(mǎi)方提出的索賠后一個(gè)月之內(nèi)未做答復(fù)，買(mǎi)方即認(rèn)為索賠已被賣(mài)方 接受。索賠的一切費(fèi)用由賣(mài)方承擔(dān)。 Should the quality , specification and quantity/weight be found not in confermity with the contract,letter of credit or invoice the buyer shat be entitled to lodge claims(including reinspection fee)with the Sellers on the basis of CCIB?S inspection Cer
