Su Rules and Regulations of Party B or agreement shall prevail, as long as they do not violate any laws, decrees or regulations of the state, and, has been already sent to Party A for record.第十條 乙方享有如下權(quán)利:Article 10 Party B shall have the following rights: 〔一〕對(duì)借用的員工可以規(guī)定試用試用限應(yīng)根據(jù)借用限確定:  1.借用在6個(gè)月以下的試用不超過(guò)15日;  2.借用在6個(gè)月以上1年以下的試用不超過(guò)30日;  3.借用在1年以上3年以下的試用不超過(guò)60日;  4.借用在3年以上的試用最長(zhǎng)不超過(guò)6個(gè)月。  試用內(nèi)乙方對(duì)不符合要求者有權(quán)終止試用但應(yīng)支付試用的借用費(fèi)〔含社會(huì)及住房公積金費(fèi)用〕。試用滿(mǎn)所派遣員工自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)為正式派遣員工其借用自試用之日起計(jì)算。 (1) may decide the probation period of the outsourced employee based on the borrowing period: a. Where the borrowing period of the outsourced employee is less than six (6) months, the probation period may not exceed 15 days b.
