If the Contractor should fall behind the Construction Sedule for any reason except excusable delay under Paragraph of the General Conditions, he shall immediately take, and cause his Subcontractors to take, su actions as may be necessary to remedy lack of progress. These actions may include concurrent operations, additional equipment, additional manpower, additional shifts, overtime, and other measures. No pensation or increase in the Contract Price shall be allowed the Contractor for any expediting actions undertaken by him in order to meet, or in an att to meet, the Construction Sedule unless su actions and extra costs are necessary only because of an excusable delay of the type described under Paragraph of the General Conditions, or because of a ange in the Work, in whi case any appropriate increase in Contract Price shall be covered by a ange Order.業(yè)主有權(quán)要求承包商在施工進(jìn)度表中所示的日前完成工程或其任何一部或即使承包商的延遲懇求已根據(jù)通用條件2條的規(guī)定被批準(zhǔn)仍然要求承包商按照施工進(jìn)度表完成工程。The Owner shall have the right to require the Contractor to plete the Work or any part thereof before the date set forth in the construction Sedule, or to require the Contractor to plete the Work according to the Construction Sedule even though his claim for a delay has been approved under Article 12 of the General Conditions. Any acceleration in the progress of the Work required by the Owner under this Paragraph shall be limited to that reasonably attainable by the Contractor and shall entitle the Contractor to a ange Order to cover any additional costs incurred by him as a result of the acceleration. 假設(shè)在任何時(shí)間無(wú)何種理由〔〕承包商未能保持必要的工程進(jìn)度該等變更應(yīng)如業(yè)主所批準(zhǔn)的指以承包商自己的資源、努力和人力做出。業(yè)主的上述行動(dòng)或業(yè)主未采取行動(dòng)不應(yīng)免除承包商在本合同項(xiàng)下的任何責(zé)任。業(yè)主應(yīng)有權(quán)指承包商在和從業(yè)主認(rèn)為為確保在合同時(shí)間內(nèi)完工而必需的盡可能多的不同點(diǎn)或部同時(shí)施行工程。If at any time, the necessary progress of the Work is not being maintained by the Contractor for reasons other than excusable delay under Paragraph of the General Conditions, su anges shall be made in the Contractor39。s resources, effort, and forces, as the Owner may approve of order. Su action by the Owner or the Owner39。s failure to act shall not relieve the Contractor of any responsibility under the Contract. The Owner shall have the right to order the Contractor to prosecute the Work simultaneously at and from as many different points or parts as the Owner may deem necessary to assure pletion within the Contract Time. Failure to ply with any su Work Order shall constitute a brea of this Contract and may expose the Contractor to liquidated damages as specified in Paragraph of the General Conditions.在與業(yè)主間的所有糾紛或異議持續(xù)間承包商仍應(yīng)按施工進(jìn)度表繼續(xù)施行工程。The Contractor shall carry on the Work in conformance with the Construction Sedule during all disputes or disagreements with the Owner.所有保證工程完工的進(jìn)度寬裕時(shí)間應(yīng)歸業(yè)主〔支配〕。All sedule float shall accrue to the Owner. 第五條 合同和變更指價(jià)格 ARTICLE 5. However, any unit price may be equitably adjusted by the Owner if the quantity originally
