I to theContract shall be provided by Licensor to Licensee while theContract was signed.　(note: Because the Patent Documents arereadymade Licensor shall provide with in signing Contract. )5．3在合同有效內雙方對合同涉及的技術如有改進和開展應互相將改進和開展的技術資料提供給對方使用?！ithin the validity period of the Contract both partiesshall provide ea other with the improvement and development ofthe Tenology related to the Contract Products free of arge.5．4改進和開展的技術其所有權屬于改進和開展一方另一方不得利用這些技術資料去申請專利或轉讓給第三方?！he improved and developed tenology shall be ownedby the party who improved and developed the tenology the otherparty shall be prohibited from applying for the patenttransfering to the third party.第六條侵權和保證Section 6Infringements and Guarantees6．1出讓方保證是本合同一切專利技術和專利資料的合法持有者并且有權向受讓方轉讓假設在合同執(zhí)行過程中一旦發(fā)生第三方指控侵權時那么由出讓方負責與第三方交涉并承擔由此引起的一切法律和經(jīng)濟上的責任?！icensor guarantees that Licensor is the legitimate owner of all the Patented Tenology and Documentation splied by Licensor to Licensee in accordance with the Contract and that Licensor is lawful in a position to transfer all su Tenology and Tenical　 Documentation　 to　 Licensee.
