【文章內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介】 尖艙與貨艙之間的首尖艙艙壁即船舶最前的 一道水密橫艙壁又稱(chēng)防撞艙壁，也是最重要的一道水密橫艙壁，其上不得開(kāi)設(shè)任何門(mén)、入孔、通風(fēng)管道或任何其他開(kāi)口，并應(yīng)通至干舷甲板。位于船尾的最后一道水密 橫艙壁即為尾尖艙艙壁，水密尾尖艙艙壁應(yīng)通至艙壁甲板，但當(dāng)尾尖艙水密平臺(tái)甲板在水線(xiàn)以上時(shí)，可僅通至水密平臺(tái)甲板為止。另一種是水密縱艙壁，一般僅見(jiàn)于液貨船?！狈阑鹋摫冢菏歉鶕?jù)規(guī)范對(duì)船舶防水結(jié)構(gòu)要求而設(shè)置的具有一定隔熱能力并能在一定時(shí)間內(nèi)防止火災(zāi)蔓延的艙壁。按規(guī)定，機(jī)艙和客船起居處所的艙壁應(yīng)采用防火艙壁。液體艙壁：是液艙（油艙、水艙等）的界壁，它經(jīng)常承受液體壓力與振蕩沖擊力，故艙壁板較厚且其上的骨架尺寸也較大，并需保證水密或油密：$制蕩艙壁：是設(shè)于液艙內(nèi)的縱向艙壁，主要用來(lái)減小自由液面的影響，其上開(kāi)有氣孔、油水孔和減輕孔。按結(jié)構(gòu)分類(lèi)按艙壁的結(jié)構(gòu)形式來(lái)分，可將其分成平面艙壁、對(duì)稱(chēng)槽形艙壁及雙層板艙壁三 類(lèi)：平面艙壁平面艙壁由艙壁板和其上的垂直與水平骨架組成。大型船舶艙壁板的鋼板長(zhǎng)邊沿水平方向布置，其厚度由下向上逐漸減薄。其上骨架豎向排列的稱(chēng)為扶強(qiáng)材，水平方向排列的稱(chēng)為水平桁。對(duì)稱(chēng)槽形艙壁對(duì)稱(chēng)槽形艙壁由鋼板壓制而成，以其槽形曲折來(lái)代替扶強(qiáng)材。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是在保證具有同等強(qiáng)度的條件下，可減輕結(jié)構(gòu)的重量，節(jié)約鋼材，減少裝配與焊接的工作量，便
