【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 者考場紀(jì)律混亂，作弊現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重；或者同一考點(diǎn)同一時間的考試有五分之一（含五分之一）以上考場存在雷同卷的，由教育行政部門取消該考點(diǎn)當(dāng)年及下一承辦學(xué)業(yè)考試的資格。對出現(xiàn)大規(guī)模作弊情況的考場、考點(diǎn)的相關(guān)責(zé)任人、負(fù)責(zé)人及所屬考區(qū)的負(fù)責(zé)人，有關(guān)部門應(yīng)當(dāng)分別給予相應(yīng)的行政處分；情節(jié)嚴(yán)重，構(gòu)成犯罪的，由司法機(jī)關(guān)依法追究刑事責(zé)任。第九條 違反保密規(guī)定，造成學(xué)業(yè)考試的試題、答案及評分參考（包括副題及其答案及評分參考，下同）丟失、泄密，密封時丟失考生答題紙和答題卡或者使考生答卷在保密期限內(nèi)發(fā)生重大事故的，由有關(guān)部門視情節(jié)輕重，分別給予責(zé)任人和有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人行政處分；構(gòu)成犯罪的，由司法機(jī)關(guān)依法追究刑事責(zé)任。盜竊、損毀、傳播在保密期限內(nèi)的學(xué)業(yè)考試試題、答案及評分參考、考生答卷、考試成績的，由有關(guān)部門依法追究有關(guān)人員的責(zé)任；構(gòu)成犯罪的，由司法機(jī)關(guān)依法追究刑事責(zé)任。第十條 在職人員及其它人員有下列行為之一的，由學(xué)業(yè)考試管理機(jī)構(gòu)建議其所在單位給予行政處分或者由有關(guān)部門處理；構(gòu)成犯罪的，由司法機(jī)關(guān)依法追究刑事責(zé)任：（一）指使、縱容、授意考試工作人員放松考試紀(jì)律，致使考場秩序混亂、作弊嚴(yán)重的；（二）代替他人參加學(xué)業(yè)考試的；（三）參與或者組織他人進(jìn)行考試作弊的；（四）利用職權(quán)，包庇、掩蓋作弊行為或者脅迫他人作弊的；（五）以打擊、報復(fù)、誣陷、威脅等手段侵犯考試工作人員、考生人身權(quán)利的；（六）向考試工作人員行賄的；（七）故意損壞考試設(shè)施的；（八）擾亂、妨害考場、評卷點(diǎn)及有關(guān)考試工作場所秩序后果嚴(yán)重的。第三章 違規(guī)行為認(rèn)定與處理程序第十一條 考試工作人員在考試過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)考生實(shí)施本辦法第一條、第二條所列考試違紀(jì)、作弊行為的，應(yīng)當(dāng)及時予以糾正并如實(shí)記錄；對考生用于作弊的材料、工具等，應(yīng)予暫扣?？忌`規(guī)記錄作為認(rèn)定考生違規(guī)事實(shí)的依據(jù)，應(yīng)當(dāng)由兩名以上（含兩名）監(jiān)考員或者考場巡視員、檢查員簽字確認(rèn)?？荚嚬ぷ魅藛T應(yīng)當(dāng)向違紀(jì)考生告知違規(guī)記錄的內(nèi)容，對暫扣的考生物品應(yīng)填寫收據(jù)。第十二條 學(xué)業(yè)考試管理機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)現(xiàn)本辦法第三條、第四條所列行為的，應(yīng)當(dāng)由兩名以上（含兩名）工作人員進(jìn)行事實(shí)調(diào)查，收集、保存相應(yīng)的證據(jù)材料，并在調(diào)查事實(shí)和證據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上，對所涉及考生的違規(guī)行為進(jìn)行認(rèn)定。第十三條 考點(diǎn)匯總考生違規(guī)記錄，匯總情況經(jīng)考點(diǎn)主考簽字認(rèn)定后，報送縣級學(xué)業(yè)考試管理機(jī)構(gòu)，由市級學(xué)業(yè)考試管理機(jī)構(gòu)依據(jù)本辦法的規(guī)定進(jìn)行處理。第十四條 教育行政部門和其它有關(guān)部門在考點(diǎn)、考場出現(xiàn)大面積作弊情況或者需要對教育考試機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)施監(jiān)督的情況下，應(yīng)當(dāng)直接介入調(diào)查和處理。第十五條 學(xué)業(yè)考試管理機(jī)構(gòu)在對考試違規(guī)的個人或者單位做出處理決定前，應(yīng)當(dāng)復(fù)核違規(guī)事實(shí)和相關(guān)證據(jù)，告知被處理人或者單位做出處理決定的理由和依據(jù)；被處理人或者單位對所認(rèn)定的違規(guī)事實(shí)認(rèn)定存在異議的，應(yīng)當(dāng)給予其陳述和申辯的機(jī)會。被處理人受到停考、取消考籍處理的，可以要求舉行聽證。第十六條 被處理人因受到停考、取消考籍處理要求舉行聽證的，參照執(zhí)行《國家教育考試違規(guī)處理辦法》（中華人民共和國主席令第18號）。附件4學(xué)業(yè)考試考生守則。（英語考試開考前15分鐘）后不得入場；考試終了信號發(fā)出后方可離開考場。，除考試必須的文具如2B鉛筆、直尺、圓規(guī)、三角板、橡皮外，其他任何物品不準(zhǔn)帶入考場。，將準(zhǔn)考證等證件放在課桌左上角。只能在答題紙、答題卡規(guī)定的地方填寫或涂黑自己的姓名、考試號、座位序號、考試科目、卷型等，不得在答題紙、答題卡其它地方做任何標(biāo)記。，否則，一律無效。卷一要求用2B鉛筆按要求填涂。考生要注意保護(hù)答題卡和答題紙，不得污損、折皺、粘連。，應(yīng)先舉手請示，經(jīng)監(jiān)考員批準(zhǔn)后，由備用監(jiān)考人員陪同前往。，不準(zhǔn)吸煙，不準(zhǔn)喧嘩。，不準(zhǔn)交頭接耳、左顧右盼、打手勢、做暗號，不準(zhǔn)夾帶、偷看、抄襲或有意讓他人抄襲，不準(zhǔn)傳抄答案或交換答題紙、答題卡。如遇試卷字跡不清、卷面缺損、污染等問題，可舉手詢問。，考生須立即停止答卷，將答題紙、答題卡按監(jiān)考員要求放好，待監(jiān)考員將答題紙、答題卡、草稿紙等收齊后，起立、依次退出考場，不準(zhǔn)在考場、考區(qū)逗留、喧嘩。不準(zhǔn)將試題、答題紙、草稿紙帶出考場。第五篇：學(xué)業(yè)水平考試英語口語話題表達(dá)練習(xí)題學(xué)業(yè)水平考試英語口語話題表達(dá)練習(xí)題 you like sports?
