【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 o join addition, there were so many petitors here this, I could not help getting nervous again, but I spared no efforts to calm , here came my entering, I knocked the door, and I did not e in until I heard someone say e I bowed to the seven interviewers before sitting , the chief interviewer in the middle asked me some basic questions such as my major in university, my working experience and my career I answered all the questions when I was asked how I planned my future career, I was baffled and did not know what to say was embarrassed but the chief interviewer was kind enough to inspire me and to tell me to talk in different I answered it in different was grateful to the said thank you to all the interviewers before I left the room, and they told me that they would inform me as soon as they knew the I went out and changed some information with some of the other had nothing to do but days later, I was informed by phone that I was hired by the that time, I was so glad that I even jumped, and I knew I should be happy for it was my first job after was the experience of my first job hunting.第三篇：工作經(jīng)歷2007年7月13日，作為新一批的大學畢業(yè)生，他被分到了二十冶大鋼項目部土建專業(yè)項目部。在大鋼項目部初期，主要負責煉鋼主廠房的基礎、高線廠房的基礎與預制柱、鋼絲廠基礎與預制柱以及精整車間的基礎與預制柱的技術質量管理工作。在這期間編制了精整車間預制柱的施工方案及各廠房分項工程的技術交底,并且在領導與同事的幫助下，完成了整理內(nèi)業(yè)報驗資料、協(xié)同甲方、監(jiān)理檢查等工作。并且由于鋼絲廠預制柱的整體外觀質量較好，受到指揮部2000元的嘉獎。在此工作期間，他不但適應了自己的工作，也增長了自己的社會經(jīng)驗。2008年5月中旬，按照公司的安排，他被抽調(diào)到濟鋼工程項目部，參與了濟鋼項目部大臨設施的建立。濟鋼項目工程主要有燒結機室、主抽風機房、機頭除塵、機尾除塵、主控樓以及煉鋼廠房等單位工程。在此工作期間，他又編制了主抽風機房、燒結機室、機頭除塵、機尾除塵、主控樓、煉鋼主廠基礎的施工方案，且在前期還編制了主抽風機房的土方開挖方案，后來主要負責煉鋼廠房的技術質量工作。在濟鋼項目部工作期間，隨著工作時間的增長，他在技術質量管理方面的經(jīng)驗也在增長，作為一位技術質量管理人員，他積極的熟悉圖紙，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)圖紙中的問題，并在圖紙會審中及時解決，避免因圖紙問題影響工程進度。并且在現(xiàn)場施工中跟蹤檢查，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，及時改正，做到在過程中控制工程質量，盡自己最大的努力使工程在保證質量的同時，按期或提前完成。2008年8月份，大鋼項目部開始掀起大干高潮，他又被調(diào)回大鋼項目部。并開始負責二煉鋼廠房內(nèi)設備基礎的技術質量工作，如50t電爐、LF爐、VOD、AOD、方坯連鑄機、水管廊等，作為剛畢業(yè)不久的大學生，且是第一次接觸如此多的設備基礎，面對設備基礎上錯綜復雜的標高及眾多的螺栓、埋件，剛開始時工作顯的稍微有點被動，但他并沒有在困難面前退縮，積極主動的請教
