【文章內容簡介】 改善教學班過大的問題。語言的教學重視一對一的交流性，但是由于我國的人口比較多，我國的教學班普遍過大，少則三十多個人，多則八九十個人，這樣一來，教師很難兼顧每一個學生的語音面貌，有針對性地進行教學輔導。一個行之有效的方法是采用小組教學，把學生分成若干個小組，選出小組長，上課的時候分組作業(yè)，分組情景對話訓練。老師抽查練習結果，提高學生小組作業(yè)的積極性，小組的組長要對本組的學生的基本情況把關，并匯報給教師，教師再有針對性地對學生進行輔助教學。我們平常習慣了用母語交流，甚至上英語課時也用大量的母語進行對話，這樣一來，本來有限的語言環(huán)境變的更少了，而語言的教學又非常需要營造語言交流環(huán)境。因此，英語教學要主動地創(chuàng)造良好的英語交流環(huán)境。比如，上課時提倡用英語交流，不用母語，剛開始實施時會比較困難，但是久而久之，當這個英語的特定交流情境創(chuàng)建起來后，學生會自覺地遵守并樂意執(zhí)行。另外，英語角是一個非常必要的教學社團，平時的教學要兼顧英語的詞匯、語法的訓練，但是在英語角中，是純粹的英語口語交流，營造一個濃厚的英語交流環(huán)境，有利于提高學生學習、運用英語的樂趣。第四篇：新目標初中英語七年級上Unit1第一課時教學設計及教學反思新目標初中英語七年級上Unit1第一課時教學設計及教學反思Unit 1 My name’s Period 1(Section A: 1a2c)一、教學目標： hello, nice, meet, what What’s your name?
