Unifies the actual situation, according to the building nature, the use, is equipped with the consummation with the room in for the water draining water sanitary equipment, concrete gives the drainage system design to be as follows: Water supply system: This building basement have water pump room,Water supply using high, medium and low three partitions. the basement to third layer supply by municipal pipeline for low area, the 4st layer to 13 layers as central, the 14st layer to 22 st layer for high area. medium and high area uses frequency conversion to supply water. Drainage system: This design uses the unclean wastewater discharge system, set up special confluent ventilation tube, a layer of separate drainage. PVC –Utube have been used. Underground indoor, before has two sets of pump and waste water puddles ascend device. Fire prevention system: This building fire danger level in Ⅰ level belong to grade, the design contents include fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system. In between housetop cistern with fire hydrant device with experiment, every hydrant box set fire pump startup button, can direct start the fire pump。 Outdoor set the ground type pump bination, guarantee for fire safety and reliable. The basement to the 22st floor set close sprinkler system. Hot water system: According to the design data, the central and high aeras of this building supply with hot water. To ensure that the same water point pressure balance of cold and hot water, hot water piping along the supply water. This design take the economy,
